It seems that Archer finally shows his hate towards Shirou. I know why.

Weekly Anime Impressions – Fall 2014 – Week 7 – Ore Twintail and Shirobako Episode 7
Now that Pokemon ORAS is now out, I have created a Live Blog over at my sideblog. I will announce when I start since I haven’t got my copy and I need to finish all my classwork before Thanksgiving (so I can spend most of my break playing games).
As for Amagi Brilliant Park, as of now, there is still no subs and it looks like it’s not coming out anytime soon, meaning that I will eventually cover it once it releases (can’t watch the RAWs since I won’t understand all of it). Comes to worst, I’ll combine it in next weeks post for that show.

Fate/stay night Unlimited Blade Works – Episode 6 – Shinji’s Dirty Secrets and Shirou gets Rescued
It seems that Shirou has become an easy target, unfortunately.

Thoughts about the 2D Animation vs. 3D/CGI debate with Anime
A recent episode of Shirobako has brought up an interesting topic regarding the whole 2D Animation vs 3D Animation/Computer Generated Images debate and how should Anime be made. This issue was so controversial that it almost pushed Endou to quit (besides Tarou’s incompetence).
The 2D vs 3D/CGI debate has been a passionate one for the fact that most Anime have 2D animation. As technology improves, animation studios might be eager to adopt 3D/CGI as a way to make it flashier while cut production costs. By doing so, something gets lost in the process, which is why this debate is so passionate not only to fans, but people who work in the industry.

Fate/stay night Unlimited Blade Works – Episode 5 – Shirou Tries to Be a Hero
Shirou thought it was a good idea not to bring Saber to school. Sadly, he learned the hard way.

Amagi Brilliant Park – Episode 6 – Seiya Builds a Harem… Sort of.
It seems that Seiya is building his own harem, which makes Isuzu really jealous, at least in her dream.
…
Fate/stay night Unlimited Blade Works – Episode 4 – Bonding Time with Saber and a Lurking Evil Servant
It seems that Shirou was foolish enough to go and protect Saber knowing that he could have been killed. Despite this, it seems that all the girls want a piece of him.

Weekly Anime Impressions – Fall 2014 – Week 4 – Ore Twintail and Shirobako Episode 4
I hope everyone had an enjoyable Halloween (personally, I don’t celebrate that holiday because of Trick or Treaters, they are rather annoying).
In case you missed it, I have reviewed Tamako Love Story a few days back.

Amagi Brilliant Park – Episode 5 – Treasure Hunting and Dragons!
It looks like Seiya’s 30-yen idea was not a good one since the park is now broke! What is he going to do now?

Tamako Love Story – Movie Review
During the winter of 2013, Kyoto Animation aired Tamako Market, which is a slice of life show that focused on a girl named Kitashirakawa Tamako who is enthusiastic about a marketplace and of course, mochi. While I have enjoyed the show for what it is, it was slightly disappointing at the same time since Mochizou couldn’t gather enough courage to confess his feelings towards Tamako. Not to mention, most of the show was spent mostly on her friends or Dera.
As the title suggest, Tamako Love Story finally addresses the shortcomings of the television series that viewers have been wondering all along: Will Mochizou finally have the guts to confess his love towards Tamako and will she accept it?

Fate stay/night Unlimited Blade Works – Episode 3 – Rin, Saber and Illya shows How Capable They Are

Weekly Anime Impressions – Fall 2014 – Week 3 – Ore Twintail and Shirobako Episode 3
Finally finished my second round of midterms, so hopefully next week’s Anime Weekly post won’t come out this late.
Still, Tail Red is cute.

Amagi Brilliant Park – Episode 4 – Cooperation, not Demands!
It seems that Isuzu is a bit too demanding to the point where the cast members start to dislike her. I wonder why she acts this way.

Chou Megami Shinkoku Noire Gekishin Black Heart – Final Review
With the success of the Neptune franchise, Idea Factory and Compile Heart has been expanding the franchise by making various spinoff games for the Playstation Vita. While I was disappointed with Neptune Idol PP, I had high hopes for Chou Megami Shinkoku Noire Gekishin Black Heart since it was a full-featured strategy RPG with Noire as the main heroine. Does it live up to expectations? Let’s find out.

The Glass Shatters – Why Glasslip is the Most Disappointing PA Works Show Yet
I admit that PA Works (Progressive Animation Works) is one of my favorite studios besides Kyoto Animation not because of the high production values, but rather the types of shows they come out. The studio is more known for its original productions, some that I actually enjoyed.
After watching Glasslip, I was deeply disappointed and wondered to my self, why did it fail? It’s odd considering that they played it safe with a premise that they can’t possibly mess it up. Ultimately, we are proven wrong.
