Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon S OVA Review – Chloe’s Anticipated Visit to Japan
After coming back from a week-long vacation to visit my parents in New Jersey, I’m back to see a chaotic week. This includes Kazuki Takahashi passing away and what happened to Former Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, which is shocking and upsetting. As a result, I didnβt get much sleep because of today’s events.
That said, it’s probably not the best time to check something sad like Prima Dolls or Warau Arsnotoria Sun. Maybe I marathon Shadows House and cover the second season. This is something that I might do instead and leave the other two shows for later. Otherwise, the summer season looks a bit empty, with me covering only three shows.
Since I feel exhausted, I want to take my mind off and cover something lighthearted. Perhaps Chloe going to Japan for a two-day trip to visit Kanna? Absolutely! I wonder how Riko would react when she meets Chloe.

Tribute to Kyoto Animation and How Their Works Rekindled My Interest in Anime
On July 18, 2019, tragedy stroked as an arsonist set on fire the main studio for Kyoto Animation. About 33 people died from the incident along withΒ several injured. In addition, the fire destroyed all their production materials in the first building. However, the second animation studio and headquarters were not affected.
This tragedy is heartbreaking to not only to the family members, but also the anime industry and fans of anime. Itβs not too surprising since Kyoto Animation’s production values are regarded highly by most people. Itβs mostly thanks to the talented people who worked on the productions. Not only that, they are treated well compared to other studios.
In the past, I shared my thoughts about the studio. In this post, I want to share how the productions from this studio influenced me to start blogging about anime.
