Yep, itβs that time again! A fellow blogger named Black Ragdoll, who runs an Anime Blog called Absolutely Anime has nominated me for the Sunshine Blog Reward. Like I did with the previous questions posts. With that, itβs time to answer her questions.

The big day has finally come. Will the Kitauji High School concert band advance beyond preliminaries?

It seems that Bell canβt help but to run away from cute girls. This is getting annoying, but at least he improvesΒ in the finale.

As expected, a Chitoge episode is definitely a nice way to end the second season of Nisekoi.

Back in 2013, Kadokawa Games decided to create a game called Kantai Collection (θ¦ιγγγγγγ, lit: Fleet Collection), which is a free to play browser game. It is basically a card battle game that involves war ships personified as cute girls.
While the game aimed to appeal to war ship otakus, the franchiseβs popularity sprung up because of the fandom and the voice actresses who are involved with the project. The rest was history. The game was so popular that Kadokawa and DMM (who hosts the game) had to put in place a lottery in place in order to play the game, besides the geographical restriction.
Given how popular Kantai Collection is, eventually they announced an anime production for this franchise. While there are some viewers that complained about some aspects of the show, especially since most of the western viewers could not play the game without jumping through several hoops, what are my thoughts on the show? That is what Iβm set out to do.

With only 10 days remaining before the first round of nationals, will Kumiko be able to perfect the part she has trouble with?
…
With Shirou successfully surviving from Gilgameshβs Ea, now the real fight begins.

While Kosaki is not my favorite girl, this episode definitely got me to appreciate her character a lot more.
Note: This is the last week for Anime Weekly Impressions, at least for spring. Next week, I will be sharing my final impressions for each show separately.

It has been a little over two years since the second season of Dog Days have aired. I have to admit that the sequel improved every aspect of the first season. Instead of focusing on melodrama that felt out-of-place, it introduced another kingdom into the war games while bringing Nanami and Rebecca into the mix. To me, the second season was an improvement since it had a lot of enjoyable moments.
Although Seven Arcs announced a third season, we didnβt hear much about it until last year when they announced that it would air in 2015 during winter. With that, did it live up to the two-year wait?

As Taki prepares for the nationals by moving the practice venue into an auditorium, Kaori receives another chance at earning the solo part as she and Reina challenge each other in an audition. Will she win?

Now that Rin have transfered some mana to Shirou, it seems that they are ready to stop Gilgameshβs evil plan. As expected, there are obstacles that are in the way to make the heroesβ lives difficult.

Despite Bell being overpowered, it seems that luck was not on his side this time.

As mentioned in my summer preview, the Idolmaster franchise will finally have its 10th anniversary on July 26th, the date when the arcade version of the game was first released. Since its inception, the franchise has grown tremendously with Cinderella Girls, Million Live and Side M (which everyone forgot about). With that, I want to celebrate the occasion by reviewing two games from the franchise, movie and share a personal reflection on the franchise as a whole.
To start things off, I want to reflect on my experiences with the franchise and why itβs special to me, especially from a person that has a musical background.

With the audition results in, it seems that someone feels particularly salty and that would be Yuko.

As the spring anime season comes to an end in a few weeks, I may as well share my picks for the summer along with some plans I have in store.

With Archer defeated and Gilgamesh at large, Rin and Shirou have to do something that they have never done before in order to stand a chance against him.

Itβs already June and half of the year is gone. I have to admit that Haru is now the best girl, besides Marika of course.
…
I have to admit that I regret not watching Gochuumon wa Usagi desu ka when it first aired since itβs a very enjoyable show about cute girls working at a coffee shop. There were a good amount of heartwarming moments and the little things in life that I can relate to. Since I have two episodes left to watch, I want to share some thoughts about the show.

The big day has finally come. Will Kumiko pass the auditions?
…
With Shirou healed and powered up, will he be able to defeat Archer and prove him wrong about his ideals? Weβll see.

Yep, that magical girl parody was hilarious, especially with the idea of having Kosaki becoming one.

It has been several years since I last played an instrument after graduating high school. For me, music played a big role in my childhood because I learned how to the piano at a young age and played the Clarinet since 4th grade. While there are shows like Tari Tari and K-ON, which focuses on music that I can relate to, I have to admit that Hibike! Euphonium feels very nostalgic since concert band was one of my favorite aspects of grade school, which I will share.
