Comic Girls – Episode 2 – Girls Outing and Kaoruko and Koyume’s First Day of School

April 12, 2018 by Chikorita157 4 Comments
The way Koyume done Kaoruko’s hair is cute.

At last, Kaoruko and Koyume begins their first day at their new school. Will they survive the first day?

Before the break ends, the girls decide to head to the city to buy art supplies. It’s funny how Kaoruko almost got separated from her friends. Thankfully, Tsubasa was there to save her.

Kaoruko is amazed by the manga in the book store.

After leaving the train station, Kaoruko wants to go to a book shop to look at manga. As expected, Koyume bought three of the latest volumes of Tsubasa’s manga. It’s obvious that she might have a liking for Tsubasa.

There won’t be a girls’ outing without crapes.

Also, it’s nice to see Tsubasa, Koyume and Kaoruko try out pens with their art styles. Eventually, Tsubasa gives pen advice to two girls who want to try to draw manga for the first time. After that, the two girls praise Kaoruko for some reason. They want to become a manga artist like her. This makes Kaoruko happy despite just starting. Still, it’s nice for Tsubasa to buy the rolls of tapes since the two helped them out. It seems that Koyume spent too much of her allowance on crapes when she needed it for supplies.

As expected, Kaoruko looks adorable in her school uniform.

With that comes the first day of school. As expected, Kaoruko and Koyume is cute wearing their school uniforms. As expected, when they went to school, the girls are amazed by Tsubasa’s appearance. It doesn’t come at any surprise given how popular she is. As for Ruki, it seems that other girls are talking about her working at a sketchy job. Of course, she will not like this fact.

Koyume obviously finds the homeroom teacher pretty.

Also, there is also the home room teacher, Nijino, which Koyume and Kaoruko finds cute. It’s funny how Koyume attempts to put a hair bow on the back of her head. As you would expect, Nijino scolds them for it and tells them to go to class.

Sadly, Koyume is separated by the rest of the crew. It’s simular to  what Karen experienced from Kiniro Mosaic. Surprisingly, they are all in the same grade. It’s surprising since Tsubasa and Ruki had a head start with their manga.

Students interrogating Kaoruko about her hobbies can be scary.

As for Kaoruko’s introduction, she seems nervous. It’s funny to see her say moe several times when trying to say her name. Thankfully, she was able to finish her introduction.

As you would expect, Koyume had an easy time making friends. Kaoruko on the other hand had trouble. At one point, several of the classmates ask about her hobbies and favorite celebrity. Of course, Kaoruko’s hobbies consists of watching anime, reading manga involving cute girls and collecting figures. She can’t share them since the girls would think she is a weirdo. It’s funny how she try to consider sharing her favorite voice actresses and even idols. Yep, it sounds familiar to what I do, minus the figure collecting since those are expensive.

Ruki hugs Kaoruko after she show appreciation.

It’s apparent that Kaoruko doesn’t have much self-confidence to make friends. She shares her troubles with Tsubasa and Ruki during break. It’s expected since she is told that she needs to experience reality more. Thankfully, Ruki suggested asking the teacher so Kaoruko can sit next to her. This makes Kaoruko happy. As expected Ruki hugs Kaoruko. It’s not surprising given that Kaoruko is adorable.

As a whole, it’s yet another fun episode. Hopefully Kaoruko will make more friends with other girls besides making friends with animals, especially cats like Hinako.

KAOS is a cutie many of us can relate to. Let’s cheer her on as she does her best to become a great mangaka.

I like the teacher and the effect she has on our heroines.

    Tsubasa and Ruki are awesome.

KAOS may very well have yuri harem owers.

Looking forward to the next episode. From the preview it looks most enticing indeed.
