For the past few days, I stopped posting since I have to study for three rather important exams. As a result, I fell behind in so many shows. Since exams will be completely done after Wednesday, I will be spending most of my time catching up on my backlog and playing Portal 2.
As for Episode 4 of Ore-tachi ni Tsubasa wa Nai, I have to admit that it was definitely a step up compared to the last three episodes as they finally cleared up the situation with the male leads. Of course, the loli makes a well-deserved and brief appearance.

With a show like Ore-tachi ni Tsubasa wa Nai that is based off a Visual Novel by Navel, you can foresee what will happen in this episode. If you guess gratuitous amounts of panty shots and fanservice, then you are correct!

It makes me wonder, was there an Anime that focused on sadomasochism with comedy and romance? Not until MM! started to air that featured it. When I watched the first episode, I wondered if MM! would be painful to watch since it’s about masochism. First off in the DVDs I have got, I decided to take a look at the first two episodes of Tears to Tiara, an eroge RPG game made by Aquaplus’s Leaf. Basically, it’s takes dark ages that involve an empire like Rome with various myths associated to the time period.

Basically this is the reaction from all the viewers after the concusion of Rihoko’s arc. In my opinion, Rihoko deserved better. How come all the other girls win Junichi over and childhood friends lose most of the time? Why can’t it be like Kanon where the childhood friend wins all the time? It’s really sad since she had a really good friends and a cute personality… I feel sorry for her since she would probably be lonely for the rest of her life since her relationship will be nothing more than just friends.
Overall, Rihoko’s arc was okay, but the ending seems more like a melancholic ending more than a happy ending seen with the other girls. Sure it was enjoyable with loli Miya, Rihoko’s clumsiness and Junichi’s perverseness. Sadly, she didn’t succeed and I think Junichi doesn’t deserve her because of it. Shame on him!
Hopefully Tsukasa’s arc will make the show redeem itself from its poorly executed arcs… Otherwise, I have nothing else to say.

Rihoko is now committed to her diet. As part of her effort to lose weight, she is exercising on a skating rank to burn off some calories so she can lose weight and win over Junichi’s heart. I still have a gut feeling this is not going to work.

This is why I did not focus on writing about Nanasaki Ai’s arc in great detail, as I originally wanted to. Since I have some free time today, I took the time to finish it. After I watched this episode, I changed my mind about MM!. This episode like the last episode focused on the various problems the people in the club want to resolve. In this particular episode, it focused on Yunno’s androphobia that have been developed as a result of her trauma in the past.

With Junichi starting his quest for love all over again, we start with another girl and another freshman that seems to know what guys want… more perverted stuff like looking at panties and such under a girl’s skirt.
