At last, the spring anime season as finally started. Unfortunately, Nanoha and Yuki-chan is not being simulcasted and because of the lack of subs, I can’t cover them yet. I will eventually share my thoughts once they are out.
For now, since the second season of Nisekoi airs next Friday, I may as well cover all the original animation specials, which consists of 6 sub stories. While I enjoyed them all, what were my favorite moments? I’m here to share them.

As the big performance nears with the girls preparing at a training camp, the producer leaves Minami in charge. How will she fare as others struggle with the song they are supposed to perform together?

You might be wondering, which hairstyle looks better, twintails or a ponytail? Naturally, Twintails are the cutest since two is obviously better than one. Today, I realized that twintails are so overrated when I saw the light. Obviously, ponytails are the best and I will tell you why.

At last, Musani is almost at the finish line. Can they get the finished product to all the TV stations on time?
…
While it felt short, the heroes’ adventure comes to an end, for now at least.
…
With Miku and Riina being the only two girls who need a debut, nobody expect them to be in a unit together. Apparently, the Producer has done the impossible.
…
So, what is the outcome of the battle? Will Akagi meet her fate?

Once in a blue moon, there is a show that has a ridiculous premise that you do not expect to be good until you watched the whole thing. Ore Twintail ni Narimasu (俺、ツインテールになります, lit. I will become a twintail) is one of those shows that has twin-tailed girls, gender bending and Super Sentai as its premise. I wonder how good this combination will be?

It took awhile, but Shizuka finally did it…
Also, this is the last Anime Weekly post for this season and I will be doing final impressions next week.
…
We are almost down to possibly the last trio unit as Rika, Miria and Kirari teams up to make their own debut, filled with a lot of positive energy.

With Fubuki finally remodeled, it’s time to carry out the plan that the admiral left them. Still, it seems that Akagi feels a bit anxious about the operation over a vision she saw.

In the past, I have written several opinion pieces on how a person perceives an Anime as a good one and what is considered a good adaptation. However, I feel that expectations on how the viewers perceive an adaptation can vary depending on prior knowledge of the source material and how the show is being made.
…
We are heading to the home stretch with only two more weeks until most of the winter shows concludes.
…
It seems that the Producer is on a roll as another group already got a debut. Not only that, that said group consists of Kanako, Chieri and… Anzu?!
…
Despite the attack on the Navel Academy from last time, it looks like the Admiral’s plan remodel Fubuki will go forward. Then again, isn’t she working a bit too hard?

Back in 2013, I decided to answer some questions that were created by an Anime blogger named Silvachief. Of course, I didn’t know that this event was still going around since Overlord-G who is the author of The Yuri Nation decided to tag me with more questions. Because I have done several of these in the past, I may as well do another.

Since spring is almost here, it’s time to take a look of what shows I plan to watch for the next season. From the looks of it, there is a good amount that I look forward to seeing.
As always, this list is subject to change from now until the next season starts.

This week has been bad (not only traffic noticeably dropped in the past few days, but also in real life) as the Job Search appears more difficult than I thought. While it’s easy to relate to Shizuka for the fact that she still haven’t received a voice acting role and got rejected many times, she hasn’t given up. I shouldn’t let this setback bother me too much considering that others have it a lot worse. Eventually, it will come.
Now that I vented my disappointment out, it’s time to focus on this week’s Anime impressions…
…
It’s been awhile, but it’s time to focus on everyone’s favorite Chuunibyou idol.
…
It seems that Fubuki got a bit jealous since Yuudachi received a remodel.

Back in 2011, Madoka Magica took the magical girl genre by storm as they deconstructed the whole genre by making it dark and filled with drama. As expected, the show received so much critical acclaim that it eventually received three featured length movies, a bunch of manga spinoffs and even a licensed video game, both were made by Bandai Namco. Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica The Battle Pentagram is a sequel to the first portable game, which swaps the rogue-like dungeon crawling for a hack and slash gameplay on the PlayStation Vita.
Warning: Contains some spoilers from the Anime and movies.

February has finally come to a quick end and winter is almost over. We are finally at the home stretch now!

The 5th squadron successfully carried out their mission despite Shoukaku getting severely damaged in the process. Thankfully, there is a tropical paradise nearby that has a base managed by another ship girl named Yamato.
