It’s already June and half of the year is gone. I have to admit that Haru is now the best girl, besides Marika of course.
Anime Research Survey
Just a few days ago, I apparently an email or a request to do the “Anime Research Survey” for 2015 and it’s quite surprising that they were able to find my blog since it’s niche. Of course, my concern about the whole thing is the fact that they don’t show how many bloggers actually took it in last year’s results since the online anime fandom is very diverse and of course, not everyone is necessarily bloggers as some may only participate on social networks or online forums.
If you are interested in doing it and over the age of 18, the link for it is here and you have up until July 4th to do it.
Now, lets focus on the Anime Impressions for this week
Nisekoi 2 – Episode 9

As expected, it’s another enjoyable episode as this episode focuses on two more short stories. The first half focuses primarily on Paula herself as Raku invites his friends to clean the school’s pool. The reason why she doesn’t want to eat lunch with the others or play in the pool is obvious. She never interacted with anyone else besides Tsugumi. Still, it’s funny to see her complaining about the girls using the water pistols like amateurs while letting her guard down by allowing Raku to pour a bucket of water on her head. Not only that, she can’t swim at all, which is very surprising since she is a trained hit man after all.

As for the second part, we get to see some more Raku and Haru bonding as he comes to take care of Kosaki. While it’s obvious that Haru wants to take care of her older sister, she caught her cold and now he has to take care of her too.
I have to admit that Haru is growing on me since she is more open compared to her older sister, who is somewhat timid. She is still cold towards Raku while he takes care of her. I admit that I couldn’t stop laughing when she tastes the porridge and thinks that it taste delicious and then turn around and say that it doesn’t taste good. Yep, she is in total denial, but eventually she will soften up sooner than later. She already gave the locket back, so it’s not much longer until it actually happens.
DanMachi – Episode 9

After Bell beaten a strong level 2 Minotaur in the last episode, he gained a lot of popularity. It only took him two and a half months to earn his recognition and get to level 2. At the rate he is going, I guess it will take at least a few more years or less for him to finally reach Aizu.

Not only that, Welf, who Bell purchased his armor from, has joined his party. It’s such a shame that he doesn’t make any more magic weapons since people just abuse their power rather than for their strength. Still, he is a nice addition to the party since he can improve Bell’s equipment along the way without having to break the bank.
As for his new skill, it’s very overpowered. He basically has the Argonaut skill, which allows him to power up his attacks to the point where he can defeat a strong monster that a lower level adventurer can’t defeat. Yep, that is what you called plot armor. Even so, I think this skill will become helpful when his party reaches the higher floors in the dungeon, which have even stronger monsters and new environments that he never faced before.

I will certainly participate in the Anime Research Survey. I love filling out surveys no matter how personal the questions get.
I took it last year but not sure about doing it again… but I’m interested in the results, once they are finally released.
Yeah. Me too. I love taking part in research studies even if it was a little bit time-consuming.
