In a recent topic that Yumeka focused on an interesting topic on why people feel that Anime made in the early years are considered too old. If we look at modern Anime today and compare it to the one’s in the 90s or early 2000s, we already seen that the medium gone such a long way from being something niche to going the main stream. As the long summer break comes to an end, I want to focus on giving a review and first impressions of the two games I played. Today, I’m focusing on Hyperdimension Idol Neptunia PP (神次元 アイドルネプテューヌPP), which is basically an idol raising simulator spin-off for the Playstation Vita.

Apparently, Compile Heart knows that idols are very popular in Japan and since they have some capable singers, then why not? But then again, will it live up to the other popular idol simulator, The Idolmaster? Not really. (Image Source)

Ore no Imouto 2 OVA – I can’t believe my Star-Crossed Lovers Romance Story can be this Tragic!

This is how I felt after watching the OVAs.

After witnessing the massive disappointment from the second season’s finale of Ore no Imouto, there is something that I came up with while watching the OVAs. Basically, I felt that this show is literally a tragic love story as Ruri, Ayase and Manami have their dreams crushed by a forbidden incestuous relationship between Kyousuke and his little sister.

This makes me wonder, was it worth it for him to go through all of this? My analysis says otherwise. (Image Source)
