This show cannot possibly be that classy.
While I woke up early to watch this so I can get my impressions out sooner than later, I’m certainly disappointed with Ichiya Maeda. Come on, why would you join a club filled with ugly guys taking erotic shots of girls when you can join a club filled with cute girls taking photos of stuff! I suppose this is where the male interests lies considering that the spiritual predecessor, Amagami had a somewhat perverted male lead. Not only that, the peer pressure settled in. At least they got the camera angles in the right places and as seen already, he gets along with a lot of cute girls. 🙂
On the other hand, he seems to know all these girls already, not only just his childhood friend named Niimi, but with a few other girls. In total, he probably met over 7 girls in the first episode, which include a dancer and a softball player named Nonoka, which he doesn’t seem to get along with that much. Other notable ones is Misumi and Sanehara, Misumi, who is Niimi’s friend, seemed to cry on her desk for some reason. While she tells the reason why, it’s not exactly shown to the viewer. Lastly, there is that short purple haired girl name Sanehara who takes pictures on the roof for some reason. But aside from that, it’s odd that he already knows the name of all these girls. Not only that, he has a little sister too! Yep, there are a lot of similarities here.
Overall, there is not much to say about the first episode. It’s mostly because I don’t have much to say about the heroines aside from the fact that they are cute. Even with its pretty lackluster first episode, I’m kind of interested what kind of fanservice he will take on his professional camera. Hopefully they won’t disappoint. ¶
