Amagi Brilliant Park – Episode 11- The Big Day

December 12, 2014 by Chikorita157 3 Comments
I still wonder where Sylphy learned how to use a sword. It was amazing.

Seiya has found a breakthrough, but is it enough to meet the goal?

It’s down to the last week and Seiya needs something big to meet the goal. Remember the unused stadium from several episodes back? It’s finally being used to reach the goal of 500000 visitors. They just happen to find a major league football team that didn’t have a stadium to play their 20th anniversary match at. Besides using his mind-reading powers, he manages to sweeten the deal and brought in all the special staff to refurbish the stadium quickly. I guess Tiramie finally proved his usefulness for once instead of causing trouble by fixing the field despite summoning a big plant by accident. Still, it was hilarious to watch all three mascots get tangled by the plant.

It seems that there is not enough cast members to meet the heavy demand.

As for the big day, I had a good feeling that the goal was going to meet. No matter where you look, the park was packed with a lot of guests who are enjoying themselves. Just when I thought they were going to make it, I never predicted that the park would fall short of 250 visitors! It’s hard to believe since the cast members worked so hard. I suspect that Kurisu Takya might be that wizard that cursed Latifa. Perhaps he knows that the park is the only thing that keeping her alive. This is probably why he plotted to screw Seiya over at the last-minute. Then again, Seiya might have something up his sleeves from his childhood that nobody knows about in order to bring in the remaining 250 visitors.

It seems that Seiya just realized that he got screwed over by Kurisu Takya at the last minute.

While the shortfall of visitors worries me, I think Seiya will pull through. After all, Latifa believes in miracles. Even so, I wonder how he will react when he wasn’t able to fulfill the childhood promise to save her the second time. Even if the park gets saved, I have a strong feeling that he will stick around as a manager until he can actually save her. Nevertheless, this episode was very entertaining and of course, I never knew that Sylphy could draw out a sword like that during the assembly. I admit that it was amazing and somewhat random at the same time.

My only thought is that, while the employees don’t count as ’employees’, if they all attend the football match, then they go through the front gate and get counted that way. Who knows??? Can’t wait.

Seiya already arranged that all the guests will go through the front gate first. While it’s not known how he will make up the shortfall, but counting the employees as guests would be cheating and the spectators that Takuya sent out will catch that. Still, I think it will be something related to Seiya’s past as a star actor.
