Finally, we get to see what Izuna is capable of.
If you guessed First Person Shooter, you would be technically right. In this game, you have to shoot people with a “love gun” to gain control of them while shooting animal-eared girls to recharge the gun. Seems simple enough as Sora managed to figure out the game along with Shiro almost cornering Izuna before she escaped. I sensed that Izuna is not playing fair for the fact that Ino was probably handing her cheats through legal means. The sad part about the whole thing is that they can get away with it since they are not using magic, but ultrasound or inaudible sounds to communicate. This means that he can give her all the information about the game he wants without being noticed.
On the other hand, I liked how Sora and Shiro deceived Izuna in the second half. Apparently, Shiro pretends to be on her side until she and Sora was able to ambush her on the roof. While it was risky, I liked how they cornered Izuna before she unleashes her most powerful physical attack, Blood Destruction. I doubt it would impact the outcome since she still has to defeat them with the gun, but at least they get a taste of how powerful the werebeasts are.
From the look of the preview, it appears that Imanity didn’t lose as Sora plays yet another game that involve coin tossing. Considering that the next episode will be the last, it makes me wonder what will be covered next if they decide to make another season. I guess time will tell since the light novel is still ongoing.
