Rikka’s imagination cannot get any farther from reality.
Believe it or not, Yuuta is in for a bigger surprise as Rikka’s older sister, Touka has to put up with her weird behavior. Besides the fact that she is allergic to cats, the fantasy role-playing caused by her sister’s middle school disease must have bothered her so much that she wants that disease to go away. I kind of agree with her since fantasy fighting is not real life. However, going along with it will certainly not make things any better. Even so, I find it amusing how she manages to get a recording of Yuuta’s saying some stuff about the end of the world two years ago. Well, everyone knows that the 2012 apocalypse isn’t real. Still, it shows that she has the power to blackmail people to ruin a person’s reputation, forever.
On the other hand, it’s nice to see some progress in Yuuta’s love interest. His dream is probably indicates that as we see her wearing a swimsuit. The funny thing about the whole thing is that she hoses him down for looking at her chest, which is pretty embarrassing. On the other hand, it seems like Makoto has definitely lent Yuuta a hand by electing him to become a class representative so he can get closer with his love interest. Hopefully they can get together as long Rikka doesn’t stir some more trouble.
With the cat finally out of Rikka’s home and shoved into Yuuta’s place, the push away from normalcy has started. If his love interest finds out his alter ego that he wants to forget, she will certainly freak out. Then again, I might be wrong since we don’t know much about her. She might have some quirks of her own, just like Tsuyuri who surprisingly didn’t freak out when Touka played back the digital recorder back.
Aside from that, I know there are shorts for this show and I will cover them in a live blog format. Hopefully, I’ll get Episodes 1-3 up this weekend. ¶
