I always find Iyashikei slice of life shows very enjoyable since it gives a sense of escapism from reality. This time, this show focuses on a Japanese girl who goes to England for a week for a homestay. Of course, she obsesses over foreigners, especially girls with blond hair that is Kiniro Mosaic.

In 2016, I reviewed the Playstation Vita capture kit. It’s basically a hardware mod, which allows you to capture footage. While expensive, you can capture footage of all Vita games, which is something that you can’t do on the Playstation Vita TV officially.
In November, I decided to buy a Nintendo 3DS capture kit since Pocket Monsters Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon is coming out with it being the last on the console. Now that I used the kit extensively, it’s time to share my thoughts.
Note: It’s not possible to obtain a Nintendo 3DS with a capture mod since the company behind it, Katsukity went out of business. This review will remain for historical purposes. No, the capture kit is not for sale.

I have to admit that idol anime can be fun to watch. While it’s obvious that I like The Idolmaster a lot more, Love Live is enjoyable as well despite the music is not my cup of tea. When Dingo, who developed the Project Diva games on the PlayStation Portable, announced Love Live School Idol Paradise, it interests me. While it faced a few delays, does it live up to expectations? Maybe not and I will explain why you should probably skip this game and keep playing Love Live School Idol Festival instead.

For a while now, idols have become popular in Japan. While I enjoy Idolmaster 2 and One for All on the Playstation 3, Bandai Namco decides to make the jump to the Playstation 4. They announced The Idolmaster Platinum Stars on the franchise’s 10th anniversary live concert and released in July of 2016. It improves on the graphics drastically while introducing new gameplay. The question is, does it live up to the hype.

A few months back, I shared my thoughts about Kidani Takaaki believing that idol boom will die and the band boom will happen. Of course, that never really went into fruition since girl band shows are not too different from idol anime.
Regardless, Bushiroad, the company behind the Love Live School Idol Festival mobile game decided to take gamble. They created a new franchise called BanG Dream focused on girl bands. They created an anime series to jump-start this trend. You might be asking yourself, did the anime succeeded in that goal? Not so much.

In recent years, there has been a shift to open-world type games such as Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild with the advancements in graphics power to handle them.
