Like Rie, Mirharu is the leader of her group. She is always there for Aya, Riko, and Mahoro since she is a go-getter. However, when Mahoro overhears Miharu, Rio, and Misaki over an exchange program, they become worried, especially Aya. After all, their “virtual Youtuber” anime is going well, and things are looking up. Is this over for them?
Their virtual Youtuber adventure has garnered 1 million views from the looks of it. With that, they throw a special live stream, in which they decide to finally go on an adventure for once. I wonder if they will ever make progress.
Either way, I can see why their show received a renewal as it has the same appeal as “Virtual Youtubing” as nothing is really scripted. Not only that, Misaki plans to do a joint live performance with everyone in AiRBLUE performing. So, things are about to get busy for everyone, although Chunx4 is struggling with practice.
However, Miharu’s plan might cause issues with her group’s activities. Miharu received a letter that she got accepted into a music exchange program in Vienna. She talked to Misaki and Rio about it. Rio is obviously worried since she believes that Miharu will be away for 1 year, and it can affect her career. Still, it’s evident that Miharu wants to do this as doing an exchange program for piano is her dream. She wants to get better at playing it.
Of course, Mahoro overheard the news and told Riko and Aya. Aya became the most upset when Mahoro believed these programs last a year. I can see why they are worried, as it can put their Virtual Youtuber show on hold and affect plans for Project Himmel. Still, Aya doesn’t want her to go since she can’t be without her. After all, the group relied on her as a leader and had their back. This is evident as Miharu resolves Aya’s resolve to return the cat. Not only that, she tagged along with Riko to find the mysterious place that led to the job they are in, along with keeping company with Mahoro to dig up her time capsule
However, how Aya reacted, it felt as if Miharu wouldn’t come back. Despite how upset Mahoro and Riko are about this, they believe that the group can’t go on without her. They make this apparent in their next radio program when Miharu reveals what they heard was true. After she played the piano and played that song while singing the lyrics, her friends started to cry. The funny thing is that they are still recording.
Thankfully, Miharu came clean that she is still going since it’s something she wants to do, but it’s only for a month. Sure, a long program would help Miharu improve her piano skills, but I think her friends are more important. Not to mention, an extended program would affect her voice acting career since she is starting out.
Either way, it seems that they are okay with it after this. Apparently, she went for the month-long program as she wants to focus on voice acting right now. Yep, the girls became worked up over nothing. At least Miharu can do her month-long program and experience part of her dream while still doing her radio program over Zoom.
Tough choice for Miharu to make but luckily she found a compromise. Didn’t expect her to leave but it’s nice to see how much Team Podcast value their captain.
It’s good that everything works out for her in the end. Still, while it’s expected that Aya will become the most emotional regarding this, it’s obvious how important Miharu is to the group.
