At last, Team Vogel team has been hard at work at building up their fanbase. We also find out their unit’s name. Of course, Chisa starts acting funny for some reason. I wonder why?
Misaki and Rio shares the news to Yuuki, Chisa, Airi, and Yuzuha about how the project is going. While they have been doing a lot of live performances, they aren’t getting enough fans to make it sustainable.
To help reverse this trend, Chunx4 is finally going on tour after receiving request from various regions. Yes, this should help them give them a good boost of fans. Not to mention, Misaki not only made idol outfits for them, but for everyone else. Yes, Misaki really want to make her voice actresses become idols too since it’s her dream.
As expected, the focus is on Chisa as she is the only member that didn’t receive the spotlight yet. Apparently, their first stop is at Niigata, which is where Chisa is from. Of course, Chisa doesn’t seem all that excited about this. I wonder why?
Eventually, the girls ride the bullet train to their first tour destination. As expected, Yuuki is excited to ride the bullet train for the first time. Rio of course bring them lunch, which they going to need since they have some appearances to make.
Of course, we learn a bit about Chisa. While her family was poor due to her family’s business going under, they eventually recovered. Obviously, she is very close with her older sister too and excited to give her best performance at her hometown.
Underneath it all, it’s obvious that Chisa is hiding an anxiety, which becomes more apparent after the radio appearances. As she finds out, there are a lot of people cheering for them that are local. During dinner, she feels a bit down. She finds it off-putting that everyone treats her and her friends like a celebrity. It’s not too surprising since it’s a small town.
Either way, Chisa abruptly left and went to her hotel room. When her mother called, she talked with her. Of course, her mother broke the news that her older sister, who looked after her couldn’t come. This made Chisa feel even worse. After all, she is the one that cheers her up when Chisa is down. As expected, Chisa’s friends are worried about her.
The next day, Chisa seems back to her normal self. That is until they went to the venue. After they saw the crowd waiting at their stage, this causes Chisa to become very anxious. Is it because the pressure is on to her? Maybe, but it more has to do with her become worked up over her older sister not being able to attend. She eventually got angry at her friends and pushes them away.
Of course, Rio is worried. Apparently, Chisa’s older sister called Rio and want to talked to her friends. We find out the reason why her older sister couldn’t come. Yes, she seemed to have a child, which takes up time. Also, she also revealed that her little sister is very emotional and if she gets scared, she becomes restless. Either way, it’s obvious the pressure is on her, especially without her older sister to fall back on.
Chisa’s friends eventually made her a drink that allows her to calm her moods. Eventually, it worked after she took a small nap too. When she woke up, her friends were already dressed, and Chisa needs to change into her idol outfit.
At the end of the day, Chisa was able to overcome her pressures and they had a flawless performance. Of course, Chisa eventually saw that her older sister was there after Yuuki pointed to her. This really made Chisa happy as she shares her experiences last night before the performance and the support she received.
Either way, it seems that we are at the halfway point as the focus is back on Haruna. This makes me wonder what the second half will have in store. We’ll see soon enough.
This being an anime about young female performers Masaki’s dream being to form an idol group was unsurprising. Besides there’s a scene of everyone on stage in the OP so it’s only a matter of time.
Team Vogel are all interesting people. Chisa’s no exception. Glad her homies were there to support her in her time of need. Felt really bad for her when she had the anxiety attack.
Her niece is cute too.
Not too surprising since the game in a way has to do with something with idols, not to mention each character has their own color. Still, I can see what she is planning all along since seiyuu idols are a thing.
Good that everything with Chisa worked out in the end. Shows the power of friendship despite her episode of anxiety.
