Haruna dreams of becoming a voice actress. While she seems to have an initial pitfall, she is hopeful as she joins a new talent agency, AirBLUE.
In the beginning, it’s obvious that Haruna is in a voice acting training session. It appears that Haruna is doing so well, until a certain scene that causes her to become nervous. It’s obvious that this might be her favorite anime. Before she knew it, she had to go somewhere for a meeting at her talent agency.
When she got there, it appeared that she went there too early. She only sees a bunch of boxes in the hallway and in the office. Yep, they recently set up shop as their manager, Rio eventually came in. Yes, Haruna came too early, thus she had to wait. To past the time, she puts away some boxes. She finds out that AirBLUE focuses on talents that are new to the field. Eventually, others start coming in, which consists of 14 other people besides Haruna. Yes, there is a maid and a Chunibyou Gothic Lolita girl, which caught my eye.
Of course, the first day is not for introductions. Instead, after Kirika came in, their lesson coach, she throws the girls into a special lesson. She has the girls act out that scene from The Hamlet. Mahoro was first to perform. Of course, Kirika thought her performance is good, but too much by the book. Still, it’s odd that they have a special lesson on the first day. You would think the girls will introduce themselves and have some type of orientation. Nope, they are going full steam ahead. We find out the reason why shortly.
Eventually the other pairs performance with varying results. Of course, Haruna was the last to perform thanks to her nervousness. Of course, Maika paired up with her and thankfully, she gives her some encouragement, the thing she wants to aspire to. Their performance was interesting that the girls wondered if Haruna’s version of Hamlet was a man or not. After all, there is no right or wrong way to go about it. This makes me wonder if Haruna will get closer with Maika in the future. We’ll see.
Eventually, Masaki came in as she seemed to enjoy Haruna’s and Maika’s performance. Yep, she is one of the voice actresses that Haruna looks up to. Apparently, Misaki is the CEO, and she reveals the reason for the sudden lesson. Yep, the girls are auditioning on the first day. This makes you wonder who will make the cut in the first audition. We’ll find out next time how everything turns out next time.
