After summer vacation ends, Koguma’s class goes on a field trip. Of course, Koguma catches a summer cold that she misses a day of the trip. However, she has a plan so that she won’t miss out.
As expected, it seems that there is not much to the remainder of summer. Basically, Koguma earned her full motorbike license and upgraded the engine on her bike. Yep, to make it go slightly faster than before. In other words, it’s slightly faster than a 50cc cart/bike in Mario Kart. Obviously, Reiko attempted to fix her bike after her attempt to scale a mountain with it. Of course, it doesn’t work out in the end. More on that later.
As for the class trip, they are apparently going to Kamakura. Of course, Koguma looks forward to the trip to try out various foods. Of course, Reiko is interested in the Shonan Bullet Road near the inn. She wants to check it out.
While Koguma did the preparations the night before, she comes down with a fever. She eventually calls out, thus missing the trip. I wonder why she didn’t take medicine to relieve it. Still, it’s obvious that she is experiencing the fear of missing out.
Thankfully, the next day, she gotten better. Sure, she could have stayed home, but she decides to become a little bit rebellious and try to meet up with the others. It’s good that she did some planning before doing it. Yep, her trip is probably long as Rin’s trip to Iwata during New Years.
Either way, before leaving the gas station, Koguma has the courage to tell Reiko about it. Reiko thought it’s a bit risky, but eventually she gives in. That is after Koguma said she will listen to her next time. Either way, it’s obvious that Reiko will provide some cover.
Either way, it’s nice to see Koguma make some nice timing. At the pace she went, she decided to take it easy on the second half of the trip before heading to the hotel. Yep, the bus arrives at the same time as Koguma did.
Of course, Reiko met Koguma after seeing her. As expected, their teacher wasn’t happy. Thankfully, they let this slide just this time. Still, it’s nice to see Koguma experience part of the trip at least and enjoy the food. Yes, the smile after she tastes the food kind of reminds me of Nadeshiko when she eats good food. Before dinner, it’s nice to see Koguma share her trip experiences with Reiko in the bath. Obviously, Reiko becomes jealous that Koguma got to experience the Shonan Bullet Road.
During their free time, Reiko rode together with Koguma. That is after she took off the luggage chest temporarily. They rode around until they got to Kanazawa-hakkei Station. Reiko eventually reveals that her current bike is beyond repair. I wondered, how she got to school then? My guess is that she couldn’t go very far. Still, I’m not too surprised given how much her bike took a beating last time. Thankfully, she is planning to buy a new one that is better suited to what she wants to do. Still, it’s obvious that Koguma will take care of her own so that can last a long time.
One day we may get a Super Cub X Yuru Camp crossover. At least we should.
It will be a fun one since both shows take place in the same region basically. The only thing is Rin needs to get a full license of course. 😉
