Now that Yulia and her friends managed to pass their first practical assignment, now Mao cooks up another plan to try to thwart Yulia’s party.
I find it funny how the girls seem like they are talking about their ideal lover. While it may surprise some viewers, in reality, they are just talking about their favorite monsters. In short, they stayed up a bit too much and as expected, Yulia slept during class. Mao had to wake Yulia up. Seria and Mei had to explain why Yulia fell asleep.
With Fai asking Mao how she would handle a demon lord if the party surrendered, it catches her attention. In short, Seria explain the story about the Demon Lord and the Hero. It’s quite amazing that they are up to the 999th hero with Yulia being the current one. The funny thing is that Yulia slept through the whole thing. It looks like she really didn’t get much sleep at all.
As for actual training, it’s quite amazing how Fai, Mei and Yulia had little trouble doing their tasks related to their class. Adding Seria’s knowledge, it seems that Mao is at a big loss. It’s hard to thwart an A-team party like that, except when it comes to them picking a leader. Mao tries to use this to her advantage so that their party will become so chaotic that they will disband.
I find it funny how Yulia and her friends have a hard time picking a leader. Yulia suggests Chibi and they watched her stand up on her two feet. There is no wonder why they are sleepy. Sadly, it’s not a suitable choice, so they competed to see who would make the best leader. This led to hilarious results. Yulia breaks into someone’s house going into a woman’s belongings to look for an item requested. Of course, Mao had to stop her before it got out of control. As for Seria, she couldn’t cook breakfast and she had Yulia, Mei and Fai clean up her room. Fai failed since she ate all their food. Lastly, Mei fails because she isn’t allowed to pull an all-nighter.
With Yulia’s party unable to find a suitable leader, Mao thought she got them. Sadly, the girls simply decided to combine their strengths and take the role as leader together. It seems that Mao is at a big loss. Mao fears that she will get stuck in an endless recursion of time if she becomes the Demon Lord again. From the look of the flashback, Yulia took her party went directly to the Demon Lord lair without preparation, fooled around there and used a botched up forbidden magic to go back in time instead.
What is interesting is that Mao seems to have a new drinking partner, who is also a teacher. Her drinking partner is a dark-skinned, blonde hair woman who we don’t know the name of. She seems to have a strong interest in Mao for some reason. Still, I find it funny how Mao becomes drunk off orange juice when there is no alcohol in it. With that and Mao fears that history will repeat itself again. In other words, she decides to call it quits with being the Demon Lord and decides to live an ordinary life. After all, if you can’t beat them, join them.
Another dark skinned beauty. OG is pleased.
For sanity’s sake let’s say Mao is an “older than she looks” lady.
Learning more about what actually happened during the final battle was amusing.
Mao concluding she should retire was an amusing twist.
