It seems that Yoshiko wants to get rid of her Yohane identity. Well, she hasn’t realized that she can’t simply get rid of it.
For a while now, Yoshiko is absent from school after she gave such an embarrassing class introduction. Yes, it has to deal with her Chuunibyou of being a fallen angel named Yohane. She reminds me of Ranko except Yoshiko never took it to extremes. She is embarrassed by her other identity, especially since she also streams herself online. Sadly, she wants to be a normal high school girl instead of embracing it.
From the looks of it, it seems that Hanamaru tried to help her out. While it worked for a while, it seems that Yoshiko thought it was good idea to share her hobby. It backfired as she slipped into her Yohane personality with her classmates becoming confused.
Chika saw this as an opportunity to recruit another member. In frilly dresses, she created a PV video of them pretending to be like Yoshiko. It worked since their rank went up. Sadly, it was only temporary. Dia scolded them big time, but she brings up a good point. Chika can’t simply imitate Muse forever. They have to figure out their own identity and way to generate impact. As seen in the second episode, Honoka found out the hard way by going to extremes won’t generate any impact. In short, they will end up scaring people instead like Muse did when they tried to dress like KISS.
Aside from that, I don’t think Yoshiko should forcefully throw away her other identity. We all know that since Shinka and Yuuta tried this, but it ended up failing. Rikka pretty much became an empty shell of herself, before she reverted back. It’s a good thing that Chika and her friends convince her not to do it. In short, it seems that Chika got herself another member, making it 6. She has three more members left to convince to join. From the looks of it, it seems that Dia will continue to fight against her until the bitter end.
