Now that Hibari and her friends lost the game from last time, they are about to receive their punishment. Will their teacher give them mercy? Well…
From the looks of it, I thought that Kodaira would give a harsh punishment since she is somewhat evil. Thankfully, she has some mercy since giving them a harsh punishment won’t do any good in their quest to find true happiness. In other words, she gives them a photo taking assignment to take something that will bring them luck such as capturing a wonderful memory with friends or a best smile.
To me, their assignments seem rather ordinary in comparison to Hanako’s She has to find a specific flower that blooms at the gate of dawn. Yep, it seems cryptic, but it’s a good thing that Botan and Hibari decides to tag along to kill three birds with one stone. The funny thing is that Hibiki and Ren decides to spy on them, which makes their adventure more enjoyable.
From the looks of it, it seems that Hibari and Botan picked cute outfits to wear as they set out to find the flower. While most florists have no idea what the flower is, I kind of felt bad for Hanako since she left the house late while falling into rivers and manholes. In short, she had to change her clothes many times. This makes me wonder when her luck will improve.
On the blight side, she manages to find Ren and Hibiki who were trying to follow Hibari and Botan. Of course, the cats end up finding Ren while they scratch Hanako. Still, it’s cute that Hibiki tries to protect Ren from them while taking her and flee. Eventually, they were found out by Hibari and Botan, thus they went into the maze together.
From the looks of it, while Hibiki ends up getting lost in the maze as usual and having to save Hanako who went through a bush and got stuck, it seems that they managed to reach the special place. In short, they created memories together and Hibiki managed to take a picture that capture a wonderful memory with their best smile and the flower in one shot. While Hibiki will be in complete denial about it, deep inside, aside from having fun, she probably cares about them. After all, they are in it together to overcome their bad luck and create happiness.
Aside from that, it seems that Ren’s misfortune now makes sense. While I was confused with what they meant by her “trouble with women,” I didn’t know that her bad luck actually come from females of any species becoming attracted to her. This can explain why she manages to attract so many animals. Heck, her ability works on a granny, which is funny, but at least that was super helpful.
