Natsuiro Kiseki – Episode 2 – The Wild Goose Chase of Making Up

April 13, 2012 by Chikorita157 6 Comments
It's not like I want to make up with you anyway...

I think this episode blown my mind away in every way possible…

Quite surprisingly, the developments in this episode were definitely better than in the last. Although we don’t learn much about the girls, this is probably one of the funniest ways to resolve a fight since True Tears and Hanasaku Iroha. Just make a wish of sticking them together and you will get results. Yuka and Rinko actually did that with the big rock and it results in some of the most hilarious moments ever.

The best part of this episode is right here...

When Saki flies into Natsumi’s home and land on each other, I couldn’t stop laughing because it seemed so ridiculous. It’s not because they are fighting with each other since the last episode, but the various yuri moments between them. The levels were simply off the roof when they tried to get off each other. From this, we might see a boom of Saki and Natsumi fanart. I think they will have a lot of fun with that.

Can't handle it any longer!

As for the rest of the episode, it consists of the two chasing down Yuka and Rinko. It’s so fun watching them run away like they are some kind of criminals. Thankfully, the two finally return to their former selves after falling into the water and managing to stop Rinko in the process.

After watching this episode, the show manages to play around with my expectations. While the last one felt disappointing, I’m glad that they finally stopped fighting in the funniest way possible. Nevertheless, I think the show takes few of the worst parts of Ano Hana, like dragging on the conflict and puts them in. Even so, I think they will get over this and eventually focus more on the happier aspects of becoming an Idol.

You watched the most awesome thing ever… but seriously, it does prove that two girls can still make a wish from the rock without the other two. I do agree that the chase is kind of dragged out, which can be a bad thing. Still, I think there is at least something aside from having the girls fight all the way and not get anywhere.

Longest running scene of all time! And I loved every moment of it, but the first ten minutes? Whoaaaa all that yuri?! Lololol so good. My favorite character has got to be Yuka! She just makes me laugh with how she acts, talks and how hyper she can get… definitely a great character so far.

Now that the “drama” is over for now we can get into the fun of them trying to become idols, but I know we probably will return to the drama eventually.

Yeah, the first half of the people really got me laughing. Still, drama coming back is a possibility, but hopefully not the same kind we saw in the first episode.

Aside for that, there will be more miracles in the future. It makes me wonder how they will become the top idol by using it.

I was not expecting this much yuri from this series, but hey I’m not going to complain…:D

No matter what, any kind of yuri wins in my book, unless the premise is horrible to begin with.
