As the spring anime season comes to an end in a few weeks, I may as well share my picks for the summer along with some plans I have in store.
Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya 2wei Herz
Studio: Silver Link
Air Date: July 24, 2015
After being dramatized by what happened to Illya in Fate/stay night Unlimited Blade Works (yes, it was gruesome), it’s nice to have the Illya that we know and love come back. The third season will cover the 2nd half of 2wei with the first episode most likely being the beach episode. Either way, I can’t wait.
Working!!!
Studio: A-1 Pictures
Air Date: July 4th, 2015
With the announcement that the Working manga will be concluding, a third season came at no surprise. While it has been a while since I watched the second season, hopefully there will be some more enjoyable moments and of course, Inami punching Souta many times over because why not?
Charlotte
Studio: PA Works
Air Date: July 2015
Yep, PA Works and Key are at it again as they team up to work on another original story production yet again along with the help from Aniplex. I haven’t look much into it, but hopefully it won’t be like Angel Beats, which left me with mixed feeling after watching it. We’ll see how good it will become after three episodes and the music and animation will most likely meet expectations.
Aside from these shows, I will also be watching Idolmaster Cinderella Girls, which will resume in the summer. Out of these shows, I will only be covering Prisma Illya and Cinderella Girls and the other two will be covered on a weekly basis.
Lastly, I know that I am very behind in Nanoha Vivid due to lack of decent subs, so it will probably end up in the backlog until the near future.
Other Plans
As mentioned last month, I recently got a job offer. I don’t know when I will start working since the background check is still going on, but it will probably be in mid July or early August. When it’s time to move, of course I won’t be able to make any new posts besides publishing the posts I plan on having queued up (mostly reviews of shows I marathoned). However, I will still be on Twitter and will be responding to comments, if any. Once I settled down, I will play catch up. As it stands, I don’t expect my post rate to be impacted that much since I will only be working 40 hours a week, excluding any recalls.
Also, The Idolmaster franchise finally turns 10 years old this year (the arcade game was released in 2005), so I will be writing a few reviews and one editorial to commemorate it. Hopefully most fans will look forward to that.
With that, what are you planning to watch for the summer? If there are any shows that you want me to check out later, feel free to share that too.
Congratulations on The Idolmaster franchise. I’m sure your happy for that. Even if I am not too familiar with the franchise but from one fan to another.
We don’t see to be watching the same anime next season but I will still give away my picks. They are Gatchaman Crowds Insight, Aquarion Logos, Aoharu x Kikanjuu, Prison School, Ranpo Kitan: Game of Laplace, and Makura no Danshi. I am so excited I could blow up with emotion. The upcoming Summer 2015 Anime Season looks great! Just great! So many options for about everyone.
Of course, I can’t watch much since I will be working, but usually there are some enjoyable shows during the summer, although spring and fall usually have a lot. Winter, not so much.
I’m a bit late, but congratulations on your job! I wish you much good luck with that (:
Eagerly awaiting the summer season now, hopefully it will be good.
By the way, I nominated you for a Sunshine Award over at my blog and would love it if you participated!

You’re welcome… and I’ll take a look at that later.
