Tail Yellow finally appears at last! As always, Tarou causes more trouble.

It’s bound to happen, but Erina just found out that Souji is Tail Red. Despite this, it seems that she admires him/her as Tail Red as a heroine, not for her twin tails. While she was not confident enough to become a heroine at first, she is now committed considering that she will be working with Tail Red and Blue. Even so, it’s quite funny that she was not surprised at all by the fact that Souji turns into a girl when he transforms.
On the other hand, I felt sympathetic towards Aika for the fact that she got depressed over her bust size. Even if the new Tail Gear did not work on her, at least she got over it after a while. Even so, I’m still surprised by the fact that the leader behind those invaders is a human. That was a big surprise.
With Erina, Souji (as Tail Red) and Thouars in the Twin Tail Fan Club, they basically made a reincarnation of The Summer of Far East Magic Nap Club. Not so surprising, but still an interesting fact to point out nevertheless.
Shirobako
It seems that a big misunderstanding and crying wolf from Tarou already messed up the 8th and 9th episodes of Exodus. I’m surprised that he still has a job after he screwed up numerous times. Still, the debate over 2D and 3D was rather thought-provoking since one of the topics in one of my course is about offshoring. Besides labor, it’s apparent that technology is replacing jobs that humans used to do as computers become more powerful and capable.
While I admit that 3D and computer generated images will never look as good as hand-drawn ones (This is especially the case with Love Live having all the performances done in 3D), it seems that technology is slowly replacing pen and paper as more artists turn to graphic tablets with some you can draw directly on the screen. While it’s a sad and frustrating reality, one fact remains: you still need an artistic vision regardless of what tools you use. Sure, 3D can make things easier, but if you are not skilled enough, it won’t look good regardless of what tool you use. Besides, there are many scenes that look better in 2D opposed to 3D. You just have to pick the right tool for the job.
