Sakurako-san no Ashimoto ni wa Shitai ga Umatteiru – Final Review
For a while, I felt that all the shows that tend to deal with mystery doesn’t quite live up to expectations since it takes a while until things become interesting. While shows like Hyouka and Gosick took a while to develop, they eventually became interesting towards the end.
At a glance, Sakurako-san no Ashimoto ni wa Shitai ga Umatteiru feels somewhat similar to Gosick as the teenaged male protagonist plays a supporting role while the female lead is the main detective as they solve various mysteries.

Sadly, it has gotten to the point that the mainstream media is using them as a scapegoat for all these issues including sites like Anime News Network inserting politics to some of their reviews, thus the discussion becomes polarized. In some cases, this eventually lead to censorship and lack of localization while people shaming others who enjoy these types of media.

Hidan no Aria AA – Final Review
It has been a long time since I watched Hidan no Aria. It’s an enjoyable Kugimiya Rie tsundere show filled with badass girls fighting against criminals and an evil organization known as the “IU.” While a sequel did not get announced, there is a spinoff that recieved an adaptation called Hidan no Aria AA focused on a girl who is a fangirl of Aria with a mostly female cast.
