As Youko and Airi decide to take some stops on the way to Hokkaido, Airi hears some strange noises that Youko can’t hear. What is it?

While Youko manages to catch a big salmon and a rainbow trout Airi hears a strange noise. However, Youko doesn’t notice it at all. It becomes the focal point of the episode after they visit Nikko Toshogu Shrine. Yes, it’s that shrine that features the three monkeys. The funny thing is how Youko tricks Airi into putting on a lovely dress for a photo at the shrine. Youko managed to collect another stamp.

Of course, Airi mentions a place she wants to go to. It’s about the noise she heard, and Youko seems interested. Airi led the way, and, of course, they determined the following route at the point where Tochigi, Gunma, and Saitama meet. While waiting for the stick to fall, Airi heard that noise again. But at least it led her in the direction of going west. Eventually, they arrived at the Yoshimi Hundred Caves site. Yes, it has many holes, overgrown with moss that can glow. Sadly, they can’t go any further as the walls collapsed. Basically, it’s a grave site that is also used to make weapons, and has featured in TV shows and movies.

The funny thing is, Airi decided to head out during the night to investigate some noise. She came across a black cat. Eventually, a car started and drove off a bridge. It just seems weird. Softly after, a bright light shone in a light, and a black floating hole that looked pitch black appeared. She doesn’t know if it’s safe, so she goes to ask Airi. The cat went in, and that whole followed Airi back to the cave. Before Airi can get into the cave to ask Youko, she got suck into the black hole.

Airi gets transported into a space that appears to look like outer space, seeing Earth from long ago and other planets. That is, until she gets transported back to a different world, and Youko was already awake and all surprised. Youko really wants to go into outer space, but it looks like it won’t happen. Youko has the idea to ride up the stairs to the top to show them the aliens. At least she got to see a glimpse of them as they came into contact 1500 years ago. They didn’t realize the only person they would meet was Airi herself. They basically told her and Youko that they will come back in 100 years. Will Youko be able to meet them again? We’ll see eventually.
