With Satsuki making Renako her girlfriend to make up with Mai, the moments that happen afterwards, when she and Renako run into Satsuki working, get a bit interesting.
After school, Satsuki dragged Renako to the library. Midterms are coming up, and obviously, Satsuki won’t date someone with bad grades. We find out that besides her, Kaho, Ajisai, and Mai are in the top ten. Given that Renako’s grades are below average, it looks like she needs to catch up.
At home, Haruna has money as she wants to get doughnuts. When they got there, they saw Satsuki working at a doughnut shop. Funny how Satsuki said that she is dating Renako, and Haruna accuses Renako of cheating. The funny thing is that Renako thinks Satsuki looks cute, but she tries to downplay it, telling Haruna to go home afterwards. She wants to talk to her older sister when she gets home. It’s probably about Renako dating both Mai and Satsuki.
Satsuki eventually takes Renako to her apartment, which is a bit older and smaller. Funny to see Satsuki’s mother. One can say she looks young enough to look like Satsuki’s little sister, but it’s her mother. Yes, she is a single mother, which can explain why Satsuki and her live in a tiny apartment and Satsuki works to make ends meet as they both work. Satsuki took her to the apartment as a way to get back at Renako for seeing her at work. Satsuki has mother issues.
Eventually, Renako reveals that she was an introvert before she came to high school. Of course, Satsuki already knows, given some actions that make it seem like Renako is an extroverted poser. Renako gets upset as she runs out of the apartment. However, with her not knowing where she is and her phone being dead, she becomes lost.
That is, until Satsuki found her, like she knew where she was. Besides, Renako left her wallet behind as she apologized to Satsuki. With that, they decide to stay over. Either way, Renako finally reveals why she wants to become an extrovert; she fears missing out on being fun, having friends, and getting into relationships.
Of course, Satsuki has Renako take a bath together in the same bathtub. Sure, they have a lovely bath light, considering the bathroom lights don’t work. However, Renako thinks that Satsuki is being perverted as she wants to wash Renako’s body.
It’s obvious she wants a similar moment to Mai’s with Renako, and she’s referencing the 40 pages of risqué yuri scenes. Satsuki wonders why, and as expected, Renako wanted to get out, but she slipped and fell on Satsuki, touching her breasts. It doesn’t end there. It was when Satsuki wanted to take a picture of Renako sleeping that Renako ended up kissing Satsuki on the lips. There goes her first kiss as Renako uses the same excuse that they are just friends, and it doesn’t count. I guess some things don’t change. It’s evident that Renako feels anxious because not only does Mai know her secrets, but Satsuki does too. Yep, she got herself into a more difficult situation now.
