After dealing with those perps and getting the herbs back, Flum and Milkit moved into their new base and saw a surprise. Eterna, who left the hero’s party, is now staying at the house.

While Flum is asleep, it’s kind of cute that they are now sleeping in the same bed, and Flum’s hand is on Milkit’s back. When Flum woke up, she noticed that Milkit was making something. Of course, Flum surprised her, and she threw up the bowl of something she was trying to make, which got all over her and Flum. I find it cute how Flum eats it, and it tastes sour since it’s not done. Eventually, it ends up with them addressing each other, and Eterna witnessed the whole thing. She is not sure if it’s a good idea for her to barge in while they have their bonding time, until she accidentally fell to the ground and got caught.

With that, they had breakfast and well, Eterna likes the food, but wants to have Flum’s cooking. As expected, Flum says she has already retired from cooking and just lets Milkit do all the cooking. We know why Eterna wants Flum to cook again: her sweets are well-liked. We see a flashback of the hero party eating some cake that Flum made. Of course, we know how Jean feels; he doesn’t seem to care at all. Of course, it’s now got Milkit interested in Flum’s cooking.

That said, we see Flum go shopping with Milkit and Eterna. They bought a bunch of supplies, and also replacement clothes for Milkit after it got damaged thanks to those perps last time. Of course, Eterna seems interested in a tea party set, but it costs a lot of money, and Flum hopes they can eventually earn that much to buy it. They also met Sara and two knights from the church. We learn that Flum’s wife and the company have fully recovered as well.

As expected, Flum wanted to go to the guild as she wanted to do more quests to make more money. Of course, this worries Milkit a bit, given what happened last time. It’s probably not the best idea, as the adventurers are very unhappy after realizing the two men they sent to plot revenge against Flum didn’t come back. Even the receptionist seems a bit worried, as she revealed they are traps and that Flum shouldn’t do any more. It’s because of Dein. We know he is up to no good as he confronts him, but Flum brushes him off with the intention of defeating him someday. As expected, he is up to no good, as we see later.

With that, eventually Flum came back, and Milkit obviously wants to get closer to Flum. That is, after Eterna revealed her experiences of working with Flum, saying that she is a good girl who seems to get along with everyone. I can see why Jean got jealous, although probably just as bad as the perps at the guild. But it’s still nice to see Milkit show some feelings for Flum, saying she was worried after she came back. I admit that was a nice moment, especially when it comes to them eating sweets. Flum was about to feed Milkit some cheesecake after the meal with Sara and Eterna. Funny how Eterna says to Milkit to just do it.

At the end of the episode, there is, of course, the treatment. Of course, Milkit seems a bit too nervous given the PTSD that led to her condition. It’s possible that someone was jealous and put toxins to ruin her life.

The next day, we see Flum come down to the kitchen. Of course, Milkit is making something as Flum have their moments together. As expected, Milkit didn’t throw the bowl like last time, but at least it’s nice to see even more moments of them together. As expected, Eterna spied on them, and thankfully, she didn’t get caught.

As Flum heads out to do more investigations, we see wanted posters for Flum and threatening messages. Royal guards soon surrounded her. Of course, we learn from Eterna that the church had some agreement with the kingdom to work together. Behind the scenes, they struggle against each other, which is not surprising, as the church seeks to seize more power. I guess the guild and those perps are probably associated with the kingdom, and they don’t take too kindly to Flum killing their perps. Dein is probably behind it, but Flum needs to find a way out of this quickly before things turn ugly. Things are not made any better as Flum is a former member of the hero’s party sponsored by the church. It should be interesting to see how things ultimately play out, for Milkit’s sake.
