After Midori, Ayumu, and Wako discovered that the treasure was a sham, they happened to come across a locket. Additionally, a wealthy lady has a particular interest in Midori for some reason.

When Midori delivers a meal to the police station, she sees a poster from one of the regulars she serves. We learn that Tanabe wants to give him an award. Funny enough, Midori finds him. Of course, the trap that Midori set with the ball dropping on his head failed to take him out. That is when he left.

Eventually, Tanabe is relaxing in a park, and her leg is not healing anytime soon, as her butler accompanies her. That’s when Midori came by and grabbed Tanabe’s umbrella, which was flying away. Yep, Tanabe is amazed by Midori that she wants to give Midori an award.

Capturing her didn’t quite work as she dodged it and eventually got away. Funny how they got Sasago instead, the soccer player. The butler did take a photo of her, meaning there is a poster of her when Midori came by the station. Yes, that fast.

It’s funny how, the next day, Ayumu saw a bunch of the same outfits that Midori wears. Funny, when Midori gave Ayumu’s favorite T-shirt back, it was smaller than she had expected, and Midori said she had shrunk it. It’s weird how Ayumu desperately tries to wear it, until Wako, wearing a penguin onesie, says it’s just a prank. Funny, she is that dedicated to making a smaller version of the t-shirt and even pants. Of course, in the pants, a locket came out, which might be hiding something.

Somehow, when Midori tries to get it, Ayumu kicks it, meaning it’s hiding something. Ayumu and Midori went to chase after the rabbit-like creature to get the locket back. Somehow, Matsuri and Ecchan get involved. The funny thing is that Ecchan came close to telling Matsuri that she is moving, but couldn’t say it. I guess Ecchan is a bit worried about how Matsuri would react. I have a feeling that she will leave it to the last minute.

At the end of the chase. Midori came very close to getting the locket. However, the snatching defeat from the jaws of victory happened as Tanabe’s butler managed to chain and capture Midori before she was able to get the locket. I find it amusing how the ladies seem eager to capture that rabbit-like creature. At least whatever is in the locket, that is perhaps Ayumu’s, is at least safe. However, the landlady seems happy for some reason. I wonder
