With the trip to Toyama finally over, the girls focused on finishing their homework. Now that they have completed it, they realize they forgot to do something during the summer.

At last, it’s nice to see the girls finally finish all their homework in the library. An, of course, celebrates this victory as she wants ice cream on the way back. She didn’t realize that she disrupted the quietness in the library. They did get that ice cream, but An realized that they had forgotten something as she dropped her ice cream. That is after talking about cicadas and recalling what they did during the summer.

Yep, it becomes obvious what it is. Surely, we aren’t getting a beach episode, but of course, the thing the girls missed is the shaved ice. That is a pretty easy task to accomplish, although Haruno couldn’t join them since she is busy with her manuscripts.

Essentially, they visited four shaved ice shops in one day. It was interesting to see the girls eat various types of shaved ice, including traditional fruit-based options, seasonal specials, and ones based on Japanese sweets, among others. I find it amusing how An tried to ask for a peach, and she was turned down. Twice, they didn’t have peach flavor shaved ice, but An managed to get it at another shop that offered it. I admit some favors are interesting, like avocado cream cheese shaded ice.

After the girls take a timelapse of a sunset after hitting up the last shop, Satsuki wants to make a video. Yep, while the girls made a video of An and Shikishima skateboarding, Satsuki intends to make a film. After all, she mentions the Cine in the Cinephoto Club. For a while, they have mostly taken photos, but not a film. With that, it makes me wonder what they will come up with. The funny thing is after school, they visited Haruno’s grandmother’s shop, and apparently, her shop serves shaved ice. Yep, seeing the girls become surprised and laugh makes them realize they didn’t need to go so far to get it.
