Satsuki and An had just started high school. However, a girl taking pictures at the entrance ceremony caught Satsuki’s eyes.

While Satsuki and An headed to the auditorium, Satsuki saw a girl taking photos. While heading out, a wind blew, and the girl with the camera was Makinohara, who took a photo of Satsuki. Eventually, Satsuki joined the club with An. Yep, Satsuki took many pictures, mainly of Makinohara, 30,000 images of her, to be exact, since she has an obsession with her.

Sadly, Makinohara eventually graduated and entrusted Satasuki with the photography club. After all, Satsuki won a photography contest thanks to Makinohara. However, with Makinohara gone, Satsuki’s purpose of joining the club is aimless as her subject and inspiration, Makinohara, is gone. The funny thing is that An studied hard to get into the same school and joined the club as Satsuki for one thing alone. She wants to be with her until they are old ladies.

With that, An encourages Satsuki to keep the club alive and get serious about photography. I bought an action camera, but Satsuki played dead under a table. She bought a camera, but she never got it.

Thankfully, the seller is nearby so that they can receive it. They went into a shop that sells snacks and even had an old arcade machine. It’s funny how An gets excited over the shop selling Hineriage, her favorite snack. A young lady with white hair eventually comes out of her room as she sees customers. Satsuki eventually asks about the camera, and Haruno realizes after she admits to forgetting to send it due to an illness.

Eventually, Satsuki tries out the camera as Haruno’s grandmother cooks a meal as an apology. Satsuki bought an Insta360-like camera that takes 360 full immersive photos. Of course, Satsuki only bought the camera because of its cute sound, although it makes interesting photos.

A fat, white cat named Taishou eventually comes out. He is named after the Taishou era, but who knows if he lived that long. He doesn’t have an owner, although he stays at the stop and eventually wanders around, going on his adventurers for several days before returning. An got the idea to strap her action camera on Taishou’s head to get interesting footage. They did that, and it took several days. I find it funny how A becomes upset as her camera is all scratched up. All they got was footage of Taishou fighting another cat and eventually losing.

Meanwhile, Haruno talked to her editor, and apparently, she doesn’t want her to do another 4-koma about cats but on high school girls doing an activity. Eventually, Haruno got the idea of using Satasuki and An as the subjects for a high school girls’ manga photography club. It’s funny how Haruno bribes An into doing it over her favorite snacks. That is how Satsuki and An discover that Haruno is a mangaka but laid-back.

They eventually go to a science museum to photograph the night sky. It’s funny how impaired Haruno’s driving is, but not too surprising as she spends time in her room most of the time in her room. Also, when they arrived, she went to the café to eat something alone. At least they got some lovely 360 photos of the sunset tonight with the 360 camera.
When Satasuki wanted to take another timelapse, Taishou appeared and ran into the tripod, but thankfully. An saved the camera from hitting the floor. At least they had fun doing it, and Haruno approved her storyboard. Overall, it’s a nice premiere, and I look forward to the next one.
