Suzunomiya Lilisa may be a high-class young lady who attends Oushin Girls’ Academy, an elite academy for upper-class ladies. However, given that Lilisa was a commoner before her mother remarried to a wealthy real mogul, she presents herself as a role model high-class lady. However, Lilisa struggles to adjust to this new life until she encounters a specific girl at a school.
Lilisa presents herself as a classy young lady since it’s an elite girl’s academy. Of course, she has a lot of girls look up to her. The funny thing is that while she is at a table eating sweets, lunch, and tea, the girls are talking about classical music, but Lilisa struggles to share a song, except for some obscure rock song.

Thankfully, the girls didn’t notice since they didn’t recognize that it was a rock song, but it was evident that Lilisa dodged a bullet there. I guess the girls looking up to her helped a bit. But classical music isn’t her thing, as it puts her to sleep. After all, her goal is to become a Noble Maiden, the highest degree of honor that one can receive at the academy.

She runs into a long-haired lady in the hallway as she sees that young lady. Lilisa saw how pretty Kurogane was, as the girls seemed excited, thinking they made a good pairing. Of course, Lilisa eventually finds a guitar pick with a particular design she is familiar with. Believe it or not, Kurogane is looking for something while acting weird. While Lilisa thinks she has it, she can’t return it to her in public since it might ruin her reputation. She dodged a bullet here but can’t stop thinking about her and that guitar pick.

Eventually, Lilisa after school followed Kurogane to the old schoolhouse. She eventually found her in a music room playing drums. That is when she can give it back to her. Lilisa is probably surprised that a role model like Kurogane plays the drums. When Lilisa tries to leave, Kurogane knows that Lilisa plays the guitar because of the wonderful calluses on her finger and the fact she can recognize that guitar pick.

Lilisa decides to play the guitar and have a session with Kurogane. I find it funny how Kurogane initially pushed Lilisa to play the guitar when she was reluctant. After all, she gave up guitar and rock that day. While she says, it’s inappropriate to play guitar as she wants to become a Noble Maiden. Of course, Kurogane assumes Lilisa is no good at it until she gets into it. Yep, we see the opposite sides of themselves, away from the young lady role models they are.

The funny thing is that Lilisa thought she overcame Kurogane until she let her guard down. In short, Kurogane said that Lilisa’s guitar playing was garbage as it fizzled out in the end. That is before she returns to her usual self and leaves the room. Sure, the 3D guitar playing is not on the same level as Bang Dream with their 3D performances as they refined it, but I think it’s good enough. It should be interesting to watch, given how well girl band anime does.

@chikorita157 I loved it! I got some amazing screenshots to post later with commentary.
I hope the manga gets picked up too because this first episode makes me want to check that out.
