Alina Clover enjoys working as a guild receptionist in a city. She gets to wear a cute uniform while having a stable, easy job. However, there is something that threatens the life she yearns for. Incompetent adventurers unable to defeat the boss threaten her ideal life with more work and, of course, over time.
Alina, of course, gets ready for her day as a receptionist at a guild. Believe it or not, I work in public service in Information Technology, but I won’t tell where for privacy reasons. Alina sees her job at the guild as her ideal dream: to work an easy and stable job with benefits and go home simultaneously.
Sadly, there is a specific dragon, the Hellframe Dragon, that nobody can defeat. With adventurers failing to beat it, Alina is left with stacks of paper, and she needs to make a report on all the failed attempts from various parties. As expected, what she thought was a cushy job for Alina turned into an overtime nightmare, having to stay late to complete it, or if she put it off, it would pile up more. She is sick of dealing with lines of people to take a task they will fail, leaving her with more work.
With that, she decides to take matters into her own hands as she disguises herself as an adventurer. That is while the Silver Sword team is struggling to defeat the dragon. Then, a mysterious cloaked lady with a giant hammer easily defeats the bosses. She is named the “Executioner,” but it’s obvious who she is.
Alina realized that she might be in hot water the next day and could not take a second job. Laila, of course, mentions the Executioner, too, who seems to be a strong fan of hers. Alina is afraid that she might get exposed since she is using a fake license.
On the other hand, Silver Sword has lost their attacker as the leader seems fixated on this mysterious lady’s identity. He eventually thinks Alina might be the “Executioner” as he enters the guild. When he goes to her specifically, Alina becomes anxious as he asks about the Executioner. While she denies it’s her, he won’t give up.
Eventually, she had to talk to him privately and threaten him that if he interfered with her peaceful life as a guild receptionist, she would squish him like that dragon. Yep, she is not messing around after she crushes the orb he gave her, which she turned down. She eventually took out that big hammer as he tried to recruit her.
Yep, it won’t happen, as she turns it down. She eventually explains why she took down the dragon: she got sick of overtime due to the adventurers’ incompetence. Before she leaves, she threatens him that he will regret it if he reveals anything about this. She is not messing around with people threatening her ideal life, but he won’t give up. He will eventually get a beating as he doesn’t intend to give up anytime soon.
With that, Alina hopes to get off work on time and go to that cake shop. However, an adventurer yells at Laila as she is in a tough spot. Is Alina about to have a wave of new overtime work? We have to wait and see.

@chikorita157 Loved the first episode, I have a thing for these types of shows. They aren’t very serious and aren’t afraid to be a bit goofy. Alina is fun too, plus relatable.
Looks like her fellow receptionists can be fun too.
