The big day is finally here as Tomori and her friends perform, including their new song. How will it turn out?
As expected, the girls made it on time, although they had little time to rehearse. I find it funny how Soyo said her costume is half of it is gone, which is quite amusing. Of course, Anon is asking if the song is done. The funny thing is that Rana wants something to eat, but Taki doesn’t allow her to. Thankfully, Aya offered Rana a drink. I guess they didn’t realize that Rana is Tsuzuki Shifune’s granddaughter. Yet, she is in the audience looking forward to her granddaughter’s performance.
After all, they just rehearsed a bit before going on stage. The funny thing is that while the band is supposed to be named MyGo Band, Kasumi nicknames it MyGo. It’s not too surprising since it sounds redundant. Also, the funny thing is that MyGo’s band name changed again, turning it into It’s MyGo!!!!! Yes, there is a meaning for the five exclamation points, which represent all five members.
Aside from that, the performance is excellent. As expected, Tomori dares to introduce all five members before performing their last song. Either way, they went to the breakroom after seeing their performance and saw a bag. It’s just a bag of cucumbers. Saya knows where it came from as she asks Mutsumi how MyGo performs. All she said was, “I’m happy for you.” Sayo took that as an insult and shoved her bag of cucumbers back at Mutsumi. Sayo wants nothing and pushes the bag of cucumbers back at her.
Aside from that, the last and most exciting part is that Saki decides to create her “anti” band. We see signs of this after Soyo performed that song and asked Uika for help. She recruited Mutsumi and Umiri. Now, she wondered if Nyamu, an influencer focusing on girl bands, would join her band as a drummer. Well, Uika is a given since it’s Saki’s childhood friend.
Still, I feel that this rival band, which looks like Ave Mujica that formed this year, will probably be the basis of the second season of MyGo. After all, we don’t know much about Saki and why her first band fell apart, but we may find out in the second installment, which is where it’s heading. Either way, I’m happy that It’s MyGo is finally off the ground after they overcame their struggles.
