After Niina saved Hiori from the fight with her older sister, Mio under Shino’s influence, Hiori wonders why Niina saved her. Of course, we learn another cold truth about the fragments.
It seems that Hiori wonders why Niina saved her. Of course, she decides to leave. Before Hiori can ask, she disappears. I wonder what is up with her. Still, it’s obvious that Miyako is adamantly against Hiori looking for her.
I don’t find this too surprising since Niina was out to take her fragment away from her. Not to mention, she doesn’t think Niina will save her for this reason. Still, it’s obvious that Hiori touching her fragment has to do with Niina’s change of heart. It can explain why she wants to see her.
That night, Hiori had a dream with Momo training her and Ruka. Meanwhile, she saw another scene where Mio stole Momo’s fragment. That woke her up and Ruka was awake. They speculate about Niina and Momo having feelings for Hiori’s older sister or whether or not they will band together to save her older sister. Either way, Ruka and Hiori are determined to find Momo’s fragment. Even so, I highly doubt they can as Hiori finds out the truth from Niina.
We see another moment with Ryoka picking up the pictures she printed. She eventually showed them to Amiru. They are obviously childhood friends. They listened songs until they got to one that causes her to space out. Not only that, that song didn’t exist for some reason. I wonder what the issue is, which we will find out soon enough.
As Hiori tries to find Niina, Ruka finds a girl that is about to go rampant. Thankfully, Ruka saved her. However, she confronts a bunch of girls saying that a magical girl stole their feelings and want them back. While the girls blame Ruka, it’s obvious that she didn’t do it. Eventually, Ryoka saved her before the situation got worse.
Eventually, Hiori finds Niina. Obviously, she obviously doesn’t want to team up with Hiori. She eventually reveals that she doesn’t believe that she can’t save Mio. After all, she witnessed first-hand that fragments can’t go back to its owner once it’s taken out. To make it worse, without the fragment, they will eventually fall into a deep sleep. It’s obvious that Niina started to question her motives at some point. While she seems pessimistic over saving Mio or restoring the stolen fragments, Hiori thinks differently.
Of course, Hiori thinks that it’s still possible to restore the fragments or bring Mio back to her senses. After all, Mio’s fragment is simply corrupted. Perhaps there is a way to bring her back to her senses.
Ryoko obviously was looking for Amiru since she went missing. Ryoka eventually shares some of her fond memories with Amiru. It’s obvious that they are more than just best friends, which is not too surprising given that they are childhood friends. Still, it’s nice to see their fond members together. Sadly, it’s not meant to last as Ryoka finds Amiru unconscious. But still, it’s obvious from the memories that Amiru didn’t like how other girls fawning over Ryoka.
With Ruka eventually understanding how Ryoka feels reveals that she is a Reflector. She promises to find Amiru’s feelings and bring them back. Of course, Mio and Shino are still finding the last two remaining fragments to open the portal to the Common. It’s obvious where this is going. We’ll find out soon.
Ryoka and Asumi’s struggles are rough. Hopefully our heroines can find a way to help them before it’s too late though it’s likely the Red Ring Gang will get to them first. Hope not.
The struggle is real, but I do hope that they will pull through, somehow.
