With Silence Susuka still racing in America, it seems that Tokai Teio is about to achieve the dream of her own.
At long last, we finally find out how Tokai Teio’s dream. After seeing Symboli Rudolph win three times, this inspires Teio to become just like her. Yes, she came up to her and ask her what it takes to be like her. I liked how Maruzen Sky gave the obvious advice of having talent, effort, and luck. Still, I like how Symboli Rudolph gave simple advice of enrolling in the Tracen Academy. After all, a child won’t understand what Maruzen is talking about.
With that, this leaves us to the present. I liked how Team Spica arrives at the school. Also, the way Gold Ship decides to enter school with a Segway was hilarious. I guess she is feeling a bit lazy. As always, the trainer manages to get a beating.
Aside from that, it seems that the academy has an open house. Yep, Teio and McQueen shows Satono Diamond and Kitasan Black around the academy. It seems that Kitasan Black is a big fan of Teio’s while Satono Diamond looks up to McQueen. Yep, they want to be like their idols. This of course reminds Teio on how she looks up to Rudolph since her childhood.
With that, it seems that Suzuka is still racing in America. I hope that she comes back sometime as it would be sad if she is absent during most of the season. Not only that, after school, Teio manages to walk with the person she looks up to, Rudolph on her way home. Yep, this gives Rudolph feelings of nostalgia as she recalls that time a few years back. Still, Teio is confident that she will win the derby.
As for the derby after all that training, she made a great entrance. As expected, Satono Diamond and Kitasan Black were there in the audience cheering along with Symboli Rudolph and rest of Team Spica, excluding Suzuka.
Thanks to Teio’s strategy, she manages to pull through and win first place. Yep, she finally manages to win two times in a row just like Rudolph. However, it seems that the Trainer and Rudolph notices something is up with Teio’s left leg. Teio noticed it after she won but didn’t think much of it.
As expected, I have a feeling that this would happen since she can’t win three times in a row. That would be too easy. Hopefully, she won’t end up in a similar situation like Suzuka where she ignored her injury. Still, what will this mean for next time? We must wait and see next time.
My main hope is Gold McQueen remaining as strong as ever and not have them scrapped in favor of Teio McQueen. Other than that the premiere was pretty good and the new fangirl ponies are totes adorbs.
Looks like we may get another injury angle soon.
Hopefully. I think there was a scene where Gold Ship and Mcqueen beaten the crap out of the Trainer. Still, I wonder what will happen to Teio in regards to her injury.
