After Ruby and Leah performed their song they worked on together, Aqours receive some special training.
With Love Live coming near and the new year finally come, it’s time for Sarah and Leah return the favor. The come to visit Aqours. They give them some intense training so that Aqours will be ready for Love Live. After spending time with them, they eventually prepare to leave. They left them with a training plan. It makes me wonder if it’s enough to win the competition.
From the beginning of the episode, young Mari tries to see the stars clearly with Kanan and Mari with a special card. It seems that Mari still have it. It’s obvious that they are trying to make a wish. Later on, she revealed her plans of going to college instead of being the director at the new school. From there, it’s apparent that Aqours will eventually disband, but the girls are not mentioning it now.
During the evening, Mari, Dia and Kanan met at a light tunnel. Aside from the hug, we finally learn what they plan to do in the future. Kanan plans to go overseas to drive and Dia decided to go to college in Tokyo. In other words, they are going to become apart and it won’t be easy to see each other together. Still, it’s quite interesting how Mari is able to be with Dia and Kanan during her childhood by sneaking out. If she didn’t, she wouldn’t experience the outside world. This also means that she would probably not become a school idol either.
Meanwhile, Chika tries to find her New Year’s Gift. It’s a carved lighted globe. Kanan and the rest of the girls come pick up Chika to go stargazing. Of course, Mari drives and it’s surprising that she managed to make it without getting into an accident. They eventually arrived at the peak and able to see the stars. They make a wish that they will be together again in the future. Still, it’s quite interesting how Chika manages to clear the sky. Either way, we are finally on the final stretch as Love Live comes near. The next few episodes should be interesting.
