After Yuu managed to cure post dramatic stress disorder thanks to Nao’s help, a certain special person finally shows up.
At a glimpse, it’s very surprising that everything is back to normal considering how distraught Yuu was over losing his little sister. Nobody seems to remember the incident, except a few people. Still, it seems that Yuu is starting to adjust to life without his sister even though it’s difficult. It’s understandable that adapting to life one’s love ones, but eventually one will get used to it. Of course, I don’t think he wouldn’t get this far without Nao helping him along the way. In short, he basically returns the favor in this episode.
Aside from the terrible music video that Yusa made, which Joujirou obviously loved, Sala, who is the vocalist ZHIEND shows up. Yuu saw her cursing people to get out of the way. After meeting her, he decides to take her to a restaurant for lunch and eventually dinner.
I have to admit that she is an interesting woman. Aside the fact that she can speak English and Japanese well, likes beer and can convey his feelings quite perfectly, I find her past and her blindness rather interesting. It looks like she had a rough past while trying to become a lead vocalist in a band. Aside from making a lot of money, she had it pretty rough with various people threatening her family. At one point, she had her little brother kidnapped, causing her to becoming a vocalist for a dull band instead.
Even so, I find her blindness rather interesting since she can still sign autographs. Obviously, her singing has to do with her supernatural powers since her songs have an effect on a person. Aside from Yuu taking her to see Kazuki, Nao’s older brother, with her singing, she managed to bring him back to sanity with her singing. This makes me wonder how she managed to keep her ability. To me, it’s very apparent that she given up her vision in order to keep it. This makes me wonder, are there others out there that kept their abilities because they left a good impact on their lives and sacrifice something else in return? It’s definitely something to think about.
Aside from that, it seems that Nao was happy that Yuu actually took Sala to visit her brother and miraculously restored his sanity. Still, some things remain a mystery. Who is this god that Sala is talking about? Is he responsible for granting people supernatural abilities? Even so, considering that Sala used her powers to wake Kazuki up from a trance caused by the experiments, it makes me wonder if Ayumi can be saved in a similar way. I guess this remains a mystery as Nao finally takes Yuu on a date to a ZHIEND concert next time. Maybe we will find out the mystery behind the song that Yuu finds nostalgic.

Goddammit, I was afraid of this…I just want a peaceful super-power anime with no dramatics!! Oh wait… *looks at Inou-Battle*
But I don’t want some unintelligible harem… T.T
I have a feeling that this was going to happen… since the show is already strongly hinting Nao and Yuu.. I don’t know if adding Sala to the mix counts, but oh well.
You know for sure, the next episode is going to be interesting for sure.
It just got a lot more interesting after seeing the preview. Just what earth is going on!
I guess the rumors are true and Yuu’s little sister’s death is greatly exaggerated. Makes me wonder if there were people that done this to capture Ayumi and make Yuu forget about her. We’ll find out soon enough.
