It seems that Riki got himself into a Groundhog Day loop.
Well, I was wrong about the first episode being the only being the only one for Yuiko as we are presented with yet another episode. I admit that I really enjoyed this episode not because of how much effort JC Staff put into making Yuiko look pretty, but also the comedy. It seems that Kyousuke wants to help Riki to hook him up with Yuiko with a wacky plan, which leads to hilarious moments such as the kind of girls the boys like. Still, it’s nice to see them go out of their way to give Riki and Yuiko a moment to remember and potentially confess. While it doesn’t happen yet, at least it was endearing.
On the other hand, although Riki indicated that something was wrong with everything the same, I never expected a Groundhog Day loop in Yuiko’s arc. While no one knows what supernatural phenomena is causing this. However, there is one thing that is clear. Riki has not chosen which girl he actually likes. It’s cleared that Yuiko and Rin has romantic feelings for him, but he doesn’t know which one he actually likes. Either way, I think he has to resolve his feelings towards Yuiko before the loop finally break.
Despite the Groundhog Day loop, it seems that the second season still manages to impress. Hopefully with the next episode, there will be a satisfying end to Yuiko’s arc. While I don’t expect her to win, I think it will be a happy ending nevertheless. Even so, it will still be funny if someone actually says “we are entering an endless recursion of time” as this season will have a good amount of time loops, especially when the secret of the world finally gets revealed.
Agreed, time loops (Yuiko) within time loops (rest). What is this? Inception? 😀
Probably don’t know what it is, but the loop might finally break when Riki does something about his love life. :p
@chikorita157 after the next episode rin route will begin so i guess we will find how much feelings ha have for rin there
The refrain arc is basically Rin’s arc and hopefully we will see a happy ending of the drama comes in full force and have another loop
I think it’s not really a happy Ending… at least it’s not posible that they will display that Ending…. it’s nice but… sad
I think there is more where it came from as we only seen the more happier moment… I still wonder about Yuiko’s dark past though.
