Since I got so many games for Christmas and played with them for so many hours that I totally forgot to write a Winter Preview. So, it wouldn’t hurt to share what I plan to watch a few days late.
As always, I start with a few shows before tacking on additional ones.
Tamako Market
It seems that Kyoto Animation is now trying to make a completely original show. From the looks of it, it’s another slice of life show with cute girls selling sweets. However, I feel uneasy about this show as most know, they have made an original show called Munto a long time agoand it bombed… badly. Maybe they have gotten better at it since then. Then again, I wouldn’t count on it as their last work had some imperfections as a result of diverging away from the source material.
Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai Next
If I remember correctly, Haganai was talked about a great deal when it aired in fall of 2011. While I had some interest in it after the first season aired, I didn’t get a chance to watch it because I only watch 4-5 shows at a given time so I don’t overload myself. Once I finish the first season quickly (probably be 1-2 episodes late), I probably start the second season. However, it’s not a given.
For now, this wraps up what I have planned during the winter and as always, its subject to change. As for my college degree, I still have to finish my bridge course requirements before I can start doing my master’s program. Therefore, I will probably have a bit more time compared to last semester where I was piled with stuff to do. Also, feel free to share your thoughts about this new season or suggest what shows I should check out in a few weeks.
