As 2012 is almost coming to a close, I would like to share what I will have in store in the coming weeks.(Image Source)
First off, I would like to announce that power got restored last night after surviving 6 days without it. While updating the blog was a difficult task as I can’t tether and have to do everything on my iPhone. While it’s a daunting task, it doesn’t compare to the devastation that people faced in New York City and the Jersey Shore. Hurricane Sandy in no doubt was the worst storm I have faced since the October Snowstorm and it definitely had some kind of impact to some Anime Bloggers who were in the storm’s path. So, I would like to see people to lend a hand and donate to the Red Cross so that people can have some kind of relief.
Now that is over, I would like to go over some things I have planned for the remaining weeks.
No Secret Santa This Year
Considering that this is my last semester for my undergraduate studies, the capstone projects will take a good chunk of my time because I have to write papers and stuff. Not only that, I’m spending most of my free time teaching myself Japanese and my library is horribly out of date. Therefore, it’s not worth the trouble procrastinating until the week before Christmas, marathon all 12 episodes and write a review at the same time. Will I do it next year? It depends on the workload for my Masters Degree.
Idolmaster 2 Livestream Marathon
Since the Idolmaster craze haven’t died down in the blogosphere, I’m planning on doing a live stream of me of marathoning a Idolmaster 2 playthrough on Thanksgiving Break. I don’t know how I will stream it, but I plan on having a Teamspeak open so we can possibly talk about stuff while I play. More details will be posted here and Project iM@S when we get closer to that date.
Other Updates
Finally, I transferred the domain to another registrar as I have finally canceled my shared hosting account. Essentially, we are good until August 2014, but I plan on renewing again sometime in 2013. In addition, we will possibly move to a Xen VPS hosting in March 2013 once the OpenVZ plan comes to an end for more stability.
In the coming weeks, I plan on sharing my first impressions of Idolmaster Shiny Festa and write a review on the second Namassuka Special CD.
