Episode 11 continues the Sighs arc and we see the filming of the commercial and battle scene with Mikuru… in a Waitress costume…
Synopsis
In this episode, Haruhi started to film her movie staring Mikuru. After school, they film a commercial at a electronics store with Mikuru in a Waitress costume… but Haruhi decided that a Bunny girl outfit will make the commercial more effective and she forces Mikuru in the Bunny girl costume. Then, after Mikuru said her lines, Haruhi have her take the air-soft gun and have her shoot it. Mikuru was very embarrassed after the filming of the commercials. Next day, they went to a park to film the battle scene and Haruhi forces Mikuru in a Waitress costume again with the blue contact on her left eye. Then, Haruhi want her to shoot Nagato, but Mikuru was afraid to do so. Afterwards, she done it anyways. Kyon asks Haruhi about the plot and she said it she had no idea what the story is about and she will figure it out once the filming is over.
Thoughts
The animation is better than the last episode, but it’s still lacking compared to the first season since it still looks like K-ON! KADOKAWA and Kyoani, get with the program… It’s NOT K-ON!…. K-ON! art style works great with K-ON! only, don’t put it in Haruhi… it makes the impression of the show not as good as it supposed to and inferior to the first season…
The good thing is that this episode was alot more enjoyable than the last… more so with the filming scenes with Mikuru… Otherwise, this episode is good, but the animation and art style needs work… perhaps reverting back to the orginal art style?

Maybe they can’t reproduce the same art style as first season because various animators / directors that worked on 1st season already left the company? Just a wild guess
