Short Synopsis
it’s Yui’s 2nd year of high school and now Ui is now attending the same high school as Yui, The light club members try to recruit members using animal costumes and passing out fliers and Ui and her friend goes to the club room which they seem to have tea and cake while the other members dressed up in maid costumes. Afterwards, the members show of their music, but not sounding as good. Soon, Ui’s friend decide to join a different club. Meanwhile, Azusa still deciding which club to join, went with Ui to the Freshman Ceremony which the light music club members perform their piece “My Love is a Staple.” With Azusa finally amazed with the performance finally decides to join the light music club.
Thoughts
The performance in Episode 8 is a improvement over the one in Episode 6 since they shown a live performance opposed to the MTV like music PV which replaced the live performance in Episode 6. It seems that Episode 8 didn’t abuse the maid thing too much… but it’s still a very enjoyable episode, especially now Azusa is a new member of the club.
