Snow during the summer? That is not possible!
Part I – Grilled Meat is Serious Business
I have to admit that I’m not a big fan of beef ever since the Mad Cow scare happened back in the early 2000s. As a result, I avoid any beef products and obviously, I miss out on the stuff the Aizawas are having, such as grilled meat (焼き肉), particularly beef for dinner. I find Eiko’s frustration on Ika’s and Chizuru taking all the beef rather hilarious because she complains instead of trying to take the meat.
The funniest part that happens after the fight over the meat is Chizuru leaving the best cuts for last. Everyone is too full to eat it, except for Takeru. He got all the good stuff since he came later. So, this pretty much teaches you a lesson not to become a pig or you might miss out on the good stuff.
Part II – Self-Defense 101
For a girl like Ayumi, she is vulnerable since all those lustful men who want a piece of her cuteness. Clearly, Chizuru is an expert at this for what we have seen in the past, so no surprise there. Also, Goro who has a crush on her agrees on becoming her punching bag. While it’s funny to see him get tortured when she uses her techniques on him, I have a bad feeling that he will eventually turn into a masochist and start asking for more. Either way, it’s brutal to see him all bruised up at the hospital. Thankfully, he gets nursed back to health in the end with her help.
On the other hand, it’s so funny to see Ayumi use what she learned on her father. Hopefully, her father becomes extra careful around her after this or he will get a constant beating.
Part III – Winter in Summer
It’s true that the Three Stooges from MIT get quite annoying at times. However, they can become very amusing. This time, they tested a super air conditioner that eventually causes localized winter weather around the Lemon. Since most of the show takes place in summer, it’s nice to see Ika and everyone else enjoy the activities in winter including having lunch inside an igloo. Not only that, Ika looked really cute in her coat. As for Cindy, she should have worn some more clothes rather than just a swimsuit.
Ironically, everyone ends up hating winter after being in a blizzard. Now, they prefer the summer weather instead and I have to agree. Although snow looks pretty, without heating, it becomes very painful. Not only that, I don’t think anyone likes shoveling a foot of snow.
