Our blog now have a podcast. The podcast named Hana Kouen (花公園, Flower Park), is a podcast that consists of audio versions of our editorials and reviews on our blog. I decided to create this podcast to reach a wider audience and improve engagement on this blog. After all, my posts, especially editorials and reviews can get really long. Perhaps, some people prefer listening to them instead of reading them.
As expected, I do not do any recording of these podcasts. Instead, I generate the recordings using cloud text-to-speech services that translate the text into a voice recording. It almost sounds like an actual human being since it uses artificial intelligence and deep learning technologies to accomplish this. All I do is add intro and outro music to make it into a traditional podcast episode.
