Now that Renako manages to make up with Mai, Satsuki seems to have unfinished business with Renako regarding Mai. Well, Satsuki wants Renako to become her girlfriend.

From last time, Satsuki got into a spat with Mai when she told everything about Satsuki, including the slap she received from her. With Mai wanting Satsuki to give her affection, she kicked her out.
Yes, to get back at Mai, she plans to make Renako her girlfriend. Yes, she takes Renako to the roof, and obviously, she seems cold towards her. Somehow, Satsuki wants to do this as she wants to get revenge against her, or rather, make up with her. The funny thing is that Renako tries to get away, but Satsuki corners her.
Believe it or not, Satsuki says that she loves Renako and has fallen for her, head over heels, along with saying that is what she wants. Of course, Renako isn’t buying it since it seems similar to what Mai said. Of course, Renako seems flustered over the whole thing, but she didn’t say that Satsuki looks gorgeous and her voice is super attractive. Sure, Renako says that she can’t be girlfriends, but just friends, but Satsuki insists on dating her.

As Renako takes a rest on her desk, she is happy to see Ajisai, as it feels refreshing. Even Kaho wonders if Mai and Satsuki will make up. Well, Satsuki’s plan to “date” Renako goes into motion when Mai notices that Renako and Satsuki have plans. Funny how Satsuki wants to hold hands and grabs Renako by her arms. Mai seems a little suspicious. She only sees Satsuki as a friend, although it doesn’t feel that way, given Satsuki’s stoic personality.
Satsuki liked the look on Mai’s face, but of course, she is not done yet. After all, having Renako date her will be beneficial to her, and she wants her to take her relationship seriously. Renako only has to survive two weeks of it until Satsuki makes up with Mai. That said, Renako knows that Satsuki hasn’t suddenly started hating Mai and that without her, she wouldn’t be able to stop the Suitor’s Party. With that, she decides to help her.

When Renako said she only plays card games, Satsuki seemed suspicious and wanted Renako to be honest. After all, she wants to make her relationship with Renako an actual one. She eventually concedes to saying that she plays first-person shooter games, and Satsuki knows that. Of course, at the temple, Satsuki and Mai took pictures of themselves holding hands as well. Funny to see Renako’s reaction when she saw how wicked Satsuki looks.

The next day, after school, they walked to the station. She mentions that her mother plays those games. Yes, her mother is a gamer, which is probably not that uncommon, as video games are mainstream after all. Also, it’s funny how Satsuki let Renako read a book that she likes. The funny thing is that Renako sees how raunchy the book’s content is and closed it immediately. I wonder what it is all about, given its plain cover with no title.

Of course, Mai eventually catches on as she calls Renako to come into the limbo. Mai knows that Renako is getting close to Satsuki lately. Sure, Renako tries to say it’s something else, but Mai sees it as her plotting something, and Renako is only helping her since she feels guilty towards Mai. Renako wonders why Mai knows. Well, it’s because Mai is Mai and she knows that Renako loves her dearly.

In the end, Mai doesn’t care; what matters is that Renako comes back to her. After all, Mai has known Satsuki since 5th grade, and she is the only one who knew the old Mai back then who wants to love everyone. However, she only sees meeting Renako as more special. We know why. The question is, will Satsuki’s plan of dating Renako to make up with Mai work in the end? We’ll see soon enough.
