After going on that prilgrimage, Kako wants to take Haruno wine testing. She hopes doing so will give her more ideas for her manga. Also, Satsuki An and Shikishima enter content, not knowing it involves things besides photography.
When Kako came over, she got upset when Haruno broke out a beer can. Haruno lives in Yamanashi, which makes a lot of wine and doesn’t drink it. With that, she suggests wine tasting as it can give her new ideas for her manga. Somehow, Haruno accepts, and she brings Satsuki, An, and Shikishima, although they can’t drink. It’s funny how Kako wore a bike helmet while in the car with the others. It’s obvious why, as she wants to record some Go-Pro footage.
As expected, they went to a wine glass shop. It’s funny how Haruno is worried about entering the shop as she doesn’t want to break the expensive wine glass and have to pay for it. Still, it’s pretty amazing that there are some fancy wine glasses. Also, the girls discover the legs that make a wineglass a glass. It’s meant to prevent heat from transferring from the hands to the glass contents and to allow you to see it without your hand getting in the way.
Of course, Haruno gets to do the wine testing. It’s funny how she changes form after tasting various wines while getting drunk. Even after all that, Kako took the advice of the shopkeeper anyway. They also visited the place where they store wine. Of course, Satsuki, An, and Shikishima spent time in the hot springs when Haruno and Kako did the wine testing. When they came back, Satsuki, An, and Shikishima passed out. It’s funny how when Kako heads back home, she stops by a supermarket, where they sell the exact wine she bought.
The next day, Haruno wants Satsuki, An, and Shikishima to participate in a photo contest. While they have to pay to enter, Haruno will pay for it. With that, the girls have to visit four spots, take photos, and, of course, finish the dish. If the participants are competitive eaters, they have a bigger dish they need to finish.
The girls were presented with a big Hamburg steak dish when they visited the first restaurant. Yep, they didn’t realize what they got into, as the following table is famous, not YouTube Mukbangers. Somehow, Shikishima polished the whole thing while Satsuki and An hardly ate any.
Shikishima is a big eater who can eat a lot before she becomes full. It helps them with the big plate of yakisoba and Ranging Rocky Rice. It’s funny how Shikishima grows when she gets out of the restaurant. However, she is at her limit with the last dish, Yamanashi Lethal Weapon. Thankfully, there is Satsuki and An to finish the previous round. It’s funny how An gave up completely compared to Satsuki. As expected, Satsuki and Shikishima are exhausted, while An gets off easy. It’s funny how Satsuki and Shikishima want to punch An.
In the end, Satsuki’s team won second place. It’s because Kagamihara Nadeshiko won the contest with Sakura and her father. It’s unsurprising since Nadeshiko is a big eater, but at least Satsuki got second. Still, An, in particular, doesn’t like how she gained weight, but at least they had fun.
