After Misjantie does the Class-S thing with Shalsha and Falfa in the form of a wedding ceremony but isn’t, Azusa notices that it’s feeling a bit cold. They decide to go somewhere warmer. You know what this means, right?
Fall has finally come, and Laika is cold, so she wants to go to a hot spring. Faltorte thinks that Laika is weak as she can’t handle the cold, and she suggests going to the ocean. Azusa likes the idea of going somewhere warmer sometime, as Halkara suggests, the Southern Sea.

With that, Azusa takes her family there, which means one thing. Yep, it’s beach episode time, and it took 4 years to get to this point, but the wait was worth it. At the same time, the girls are excited to swim in the sea and do beach activities such as building a sand castle, sunbathing, and playing or swimming in the ocean as Halkara and Faltorte find out after their legs get stunned that there is a lot of jellyfish in the ocean. In other words, swimming in the ocean is unsafe, so they are stuck playing on the beach. They are very disappointed.

Eventually, Azusa finds an artist, the jellyfish spirit Curalina, who is drawing stuff. This spirit girl specializes in horror drawings. She asks Azusa if she can use her family as models for her drawing. In exchange, she can contact the wave spirit to move the jellyfish. Curalina did just that; with that, the girls can have fun swimming and play in the ocean. During the evening, Curalina manages to make the jellyfish shine.

The next day, Azusa and her “family” visit Curalina’s museum to see how the pictures turn out. Beelzebub, Vania Fatia, Pecora, and Fighie (because of the promise of money) came along. As expected, Pecora is happy to have a “date” with Azusa when it’s not. As expected, Curalina manages to make horror paintings with them in frightening situations. Seeing their reactions is priceless as Laika and Pecora question their lives.
However, one painting intrigues Beezlebub in particular. It involves two trees and pyramids in the distance. Curalina, by chance, managed to come across it and decided to make a painting of it. It’s the grave of an ancient civilization of the Kingdom of Thursa Thursa. They were an ancient civilization that thrived 5 thousand years ago. For this reason, Beelzebub, with her party, came to the island to investigate. Rosalie and Azusa tag along to investigate.

Trying to get there is a pain as they must defeat monsters to prevent them from advancing. It’s funny how Fightie cheeses her way to defeat a three-headed dragon. Pecora eventually cleared a forest clearing to reveal the pyramids.

Eventually, they are surrounded by dark spirits, but thankfully, Rosalie convinces them they aren’t bad. We find out the spirits are all maids, with the head maid, Muum Muum, managing them. She reveals that the kingdom came with evil spirits after they all died from an epidemic disease.

She cannot wake up their ruler for 2000 years who became shut in. This is why Beezlebub couldn’t connect with her, as the ruler refuses to interact with anyone since she has no friends. However, with Azusa around, she will surely get her out. I find it funny how Muum Muum doesn’t seem confident, as she has already prepared graves for them. We’ll see if they manage to pull it off next time.
