After Alina saves Silver Sword from the dark god at the Chalk Tower, Alina returns to her ordinary life as she looks forward to the Centennial Festival. However, a rumor threatens her ability to attend It, bringing back bad memories of when she started her job.
As expected, when Alina closes the guild hall temporarily for lunch, there is an adventurer who is in a hurry to get his request done. Alina is not happy that this adventurer will interrupt her lunch break. It’s funny to see Alina’s consciousness debating whether to help this adventurer, but she reluctantly does it, although she shows her annoyance to Laila.
Alina shares her desire to go to the Centennial Festival. She is not letting overtime ruin it again. Of course, there is a bonus period during the festival, meaning there will be extra work. Thankfully, Alina has a plan to deal with all of them. She looks forward to the food.
Meanwhile, Lululee made some strange medicine for Lowe to take to heal faster. Eventually, she ran into Alina at a sweets shop when Lululee wanted the tart that Alina also wanted. Of course, Alina let her have it, which is nice. Of course, she also thanks Alina for helping her team, that her teammates are still there.
Still, it’s funny how Laila brings up the idea that people attending the festival bring dates as she hopes to plan to take out the Executioner. It’s weird how she also created a doll of them but doesn’t know that the Executioner is Alina. Of course, the doors eventually got banged on as a bunch of adventurers wanted to take up a quest that came about from some rumor, as Alina found out.
As expected, she got outraged as she stormed in while Silver Sword was training with a new attacker. Alina scared him while she got angry at Jade and dragged him aside. Alina is unhappy that a rumor similar to the other one is the promise of getting a Dia skill from defeating the dungeon. It’s a trap as the gods absorb its victims to become more powerful, as seen with the recent dark god.
Either way, she is hard at work while eating lunch. Liala wants her to take it easier as she doesn’t have to do all that work. However, Alina insists on it as she continues to work on it. From the looks of it, they found the culprit but had to devise a plan. Of course, Jade wants to help with something in return, going with Alina to the festival. As expected, she rejects it but eventually decides to go along with it so she can go to the festival no matter what.
