Now that we are past Nokotan’s shedding and the mini-episodes, Nokotan wants to enter a deer-oriented contest. Also, does Torako host her livestream to raise money for the Deer Club.
As Nokotan enters the clubhouse, she sees a flyer. Yep, it’s that ShikaColle 2024 contest. It’s like that dog show you see after the Thanksgiving parade where the owner and the dog get shown off. The funny thing is that Nokotan made it look like a fashion show and a famous person was also there.
Of course, Torako doesn’t seem interested in doing it. Yep, the members have to convince her that she can win money, which would boost her reputation as an honor student. The preparation was hilarious, seeing Nokotan doing a ballerina dance and eventually Torako. The teacher even opened the door and saw what Nokotan was doing. Yep, it was embarrassing, but the funny thing is that they didn’t even win. The winner was an old guy with a deer from a park.
Eventually, Torako decides to livestream to earn money for the club. Seeing her make a normal stream and bring Nokotan to it is funny. Of course, when Nokotan sees Torako streaming, she puts antlers on her until she takes them off and throws them. The funny thing is that Nokotan’s ever-growing antlers, which have a mind of their own, got more attention as they took over the whole room. When Torako decides to cut them with a saw until they choose to come off. The funny thing is that Meme and Anko are watching, and the stream made money. I guess it works out in the end.
In the last segment, is that the narrator’s voice? Torako takes Nokotan to a café. Of course, the owner feels he messed up because he couldn’t fulfill Nokotan’s requests. The funny thing is that Nokotan tells him to relax, and the mere sight of serving a deer girl is the perfect hospitality in its own right. Still, it was funny how he decided to play that song when the girls were about to enter the café. After all, that is popular with high school girls, right?
You should review episode 8 as well. I am still confused as to what genre shokonoko belongs to
Yes, it’s a bit late, but it’s done a while ago.
