After they survived their island survival challenge, Ichigo shares the videos with other children now that Yuki and Masaki have saved Live, Togake, Fuu, and Ichigo. However, when she got home, was part of the manor wall gone? The aftermath doesn’t end well as we see their “mother” for the first time.
As expected, Ichiko showed off their latest video. Of course, the kids were amazed by it as they showed team-building videos. Eventually, Ichiko returns home with Tokage thrown out of the window and part of the house wall exploding. Yep, it got news attention, and this all happened because Live, Fuu, Masaki and Tokage got drunk. They eventually throw Tokage to a wall, which, of course, damages the Manor.
As a result, we see them head to a specific place where their “mother” lives. Yuki seems very unhappy that they almost outed the Banpai Manor as a place where vampires live. Their “mother” plans to demolish the Manor, and they will live where the evil vampires live.
The funny thing is that Misaki doesn’t have a place to live except to move back to her old place. While Live wants to live with Misaki, Masaki doesn’t know if they can continue creating videos without living in the same place. Obviously, they don’t like the Manor to get demolished, but I guess it’s up to them to figure out a way to have “Mother” change her mind. Ichiko is the most opposed to this.
The funny thing is that Live doesn’t seem to care about the Manor as she is checking out other places, basically with Masaki. Ichiko seems very sulky about this when Fu and Tokage don’t care about the Manor, and Ichiko appears to care most about it. She eventually gets upset as she decides to take care of things under her hand.
While she makes dinner, we find out why she cooks dinner even if Vampires don’t need to eat. We discover that Ichiko was a human before turning into a vampire against her will. The only reason Misaki isn’t one is that Ichiko only took her blood, not put vampire blood into her, which would turn her into one.
From Ichiko’s back story, she got bitten and became a vampire. Ichiko got forced out of the family and had nowhere to go. She spent time alone before discovering Banpai Manor, and Live took her in. She made meals to what at the time was Tokage and Live living at the Manor. Eventually, they came to eat a meal that Ichiko made, and eventually Fu joined them. Interesting how Ichiko got them together with food.
Eventually, Misaki gets sick and tired of waiting for the other to return, so she confronts Mother. Eventually, she came back as everyone came back. Funny how Ichiko got upset that they didn’t enter the house the usual way and wash their hands. Of course, Misaki recorded them eating.
Of course, Misaki and everyone else try to figure out a plan to save the Manor. With that, Ichiko believes making a teamwork video will help change their mind. They even played a song on the bells to Mother to have her change her mind. Even showing a video of them eating dinner doesn’t help either, except Live and the others mention that they make videos together to get one million subscribers. The funny thing is that she doesn’t show her face and decides to bargain with them. They have 6 months to get a million subscribers, or the Manor gets demolished. This goal seems impossible, but they must do it if Live wants Misaki’s blood and saves the Manor. I guess with the bonds stronger than ever, maybe they can pull it off.

Mayonaka Punch Episode 6: Strawberry Fangs – The Yuri Empire
Ichigo’s backstory was a heavy one despite the somewhat calm narration.
Once again we see that despite her selfishness Masaki does care for her vampire home girls.
Best of luck to our heroines achieving a pretty tough goal. It’s not impossible but won’t be easy.
Ichigo’s story of losing her family is a rather sad story given that she turned in a vampire, but there is no wonder why the manor matters a lot to her. Agree that at least it’s good that Misaki is willing to help despite her selfishness, but it’s going to be tough to get to that goal in 6 months.
